BenjiWitDaBlicky realized his passion for music in his adolescent years. Growing up in a deeply rooted, church- oriented home, his passion for music began by singing with his family in church choirs in Birmingham, Alabama. Because he faced adversity, music was no longer a priority and his passion for sports emerged. He played basketball in elementary school, junior high, as well as high school. Even though BenjiWitDaBlicky is talented at both basketball and football, he quickly realized that he didn’t share the same love for sports that he did for music. Widely known for his catchy lyrics and captivating melodic sound, BenjiWitDaBlicky created his own style and In February 2021, he wrote his first song entitled “Levitate.” According to BenjiWitDaBlicky, singing and songwriting are forms of expression for the mind, body, and soul. His goal is to touch many people around the world and one of his favorite quotes is “The greatness of a man is not how much wealth he acquires, but his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively.” Stay tuned for much more.
