Kwaal

A Mastodon ripoff song that I started writing as a goof in 2020. Writing took place in three different countries, and it was recorded with a crappy guitar in one of those countries.

The music has been done forever, and I thought I'd eventually get around to writing lyrics and doing vocals. Even if I weren't still struggling to write lyrics for it, I definitely wouldn't be able to do the vocals I'd want to do! So, here's the instrumental version.

It’s not jamuary if I’m not doing things in weird time signatures, right? This track uses a few of cuckoo’s multisamples off the megaFM that help give it that metallic, buzzy edge that I seem to be into this year.
