Hoe kun je slim vormgeven aan concentratie van zorg? Onno Teng vertelt gepassioneerd over het expertise netwerk ARCH. Dankzij ARCH profiteren zowel patiënten met een systemische autoimmuunziekte als hun artsen van het bundelen van kennis. Vroeg in het zorgproces kunnen artsen een expertiseconsult aanvragen bij een andere arts. Zeker voor patiënten met een complexe zeldzame aandoening is dat van groot belang. Het zorgt voor betere en snellere diagnose, het voorkomt kostbare second opinions en het voorkomt voor de patiënt een lange zorgreis langs verschillende artsen. De werkwijze van ARCH is een prachtig voorbeeld van slimme zorg, waar elders in de zorg gebruik van gemaakt kan worden.

Gabriele Reichstein ist das dienstälteste Mitglied des Gothaer Kreistages. Vor rund 35 Jahren ist sie zum ersten Mal in das Gremium gewählt worden. Damals fanden die Sitzungen noch in Sälen von Gemeinden, Gaststätten, Hotels oder Schulen statt. Mit Schachuhren wurden die Redezeiten überprüft. Was sich seither im Kreistag geändert hat und welche Bedeutung das Gremium für den Landkreis hat, erzählt Gabriele Reichstein (SPD) Landrat Onno Eckert in der neuen Folge von „Landkreis Inside – der Podcast für das Gothaer Land“. Dabei gibt sie auch jungen Menschen Tipps, die sich selbst gerne politisch einbringen möchten und erzählt die ein oder andere Anekdote aus den 1990er Jahren.

This mix is hands-down our favorite, so far. The vibe was more communal, with the music just low enough to avoid drowning out conversation, and just high enough to be enjoyed without being distracted by it if you're interacting with your people. "Reading Cafe" skill tree enhanced. It's its own thing.

We'll avoid a lengthy description. This one gets the mark of approval. Check it out and you'll see why. Sometimes it's ok to pat yourself on the back if you know you busted your ass.

As the son of a professional flamenco singer, Thomas has always been surrounded by music.  Exposure to flamenco influenced him because it has a dynamic range of emotions—from the "deep singing" style of cante hondo, to the more lively alegrias.  He has also worked in the corporate, independent, and online music industry for a number of years.  At one point he was a Content Manager for the Electronic Music genre at MP3.com, where he screened over 500 songs per day.  Exposure to a wide range of music explains the range of genres in his mixes—he uses whatever carries the mood.  From listening to Umm Kulthum's "Enta Omri" in his childhood, to New Wave and  Industrial as a teen, it became difficult for him to stick to one sound. Though vinyl was his original format of choice when he started in the 90s, the use of digital mixing has helped him better form soundscapes to expand your headspace.  Let him play with your moods for a spell.
