This was to be the opening Greek Chorus in an Opera I was writing. Two stars are talking to each other while watching events unfold in space. The first star calls out to the other. There is a reply, then dialogue. In the last part of the piece, the stars are gasping at while witnessing a tragedy befall the hero.

Bio: 

Inspiré par la nature, la musique de D3LMAT mélange une techno mélodique à la fois planante et experimentale. Les textures, les ambiances du pôle Nord, tout y est. Son nouvel EP 'Nyt' est décidement un veritable voyage musical mêlant extraits de sons d'exterieur et sonorités électroniques ambiente. Autodidacte en MAO, les mélodies y sont parfois rêveuses, parfois plus sombres. Vers l'âge de 17 ans, il commence la composition par ordinateur et lance son projet solo rempli d'influences diverses, pouvant aller de la techno la plus punchy à du chill-out. Parmis ses references, Jean-Michel Jarre, Thylacine ou encore Kraftwerk sont cités. Depuis ses 19 ans, son premier dj set à la Maison des métallos fut pour lui une révélation. Pour lui c'est clair, il veut faire danser les gens en leur donnant le plus d'emotion possible. Basé à Paris, ville où il a grandit, il né de parents fans de musique, plus particulièrement de rock, de new wave et de chanson françaises comme le groupe Indochine, groupe de pop-rock qui la bercé toute son enfance.  Adoléscent, son père lui fait écouter les premiers disques de Laurent Garnier, notamment 'Lost in Alaska' sorti en 1993, ce qui pour lui fût sa première véritable claque musicale et une autre révélation évidente. 

Inspired by nature, D3LMAT's music mixes melodic techno that is both spacey and experimental.  The textures, the atmospheres of the North Pole, it's all there.  His new EP 'Nyt' is definitely a true musical journey mixing extracts of outdoor sounds and ambient electronic sounds.  Self-taught in computer music, the melodies are sometimes dreamy, sometimes darker.  Around the age of 17, he began computer composition and launched his solo project filled with diverse influences, ranging from the punchiest techno to chill-out.  Among his references, Jean-Michel Jarre, Thylacine and even Kraftwerk are cited.  Since he was 19, his first DJ set at the Maison des Métallos was a revelation for him.  It's clear to him, he wants to make people dance by giving them as much emotion as possible.  Based in Paris, the city where he grew up, he was born to parents who were fans of music, particularly rock, new wave and French songs like the group Indochine, a pop-rock group that rocked him throughout his childhood.  As a teenager, his father made him listen to the first records of Laurent Garnier, notably 'Lost in Alaska' released in 1993, which for him was his first real musical breakthrough and another obvious revelation.

L'un et l'autre – compagnon et compagne dans la vie – cheminent dans le monde de l'improvisation et de la composition musicale en parcourant leurs intuitions, impressions, sentiments et observations de la vie.

Nos thèmes musicaux sont intimement liés à notre amour de la nature.
