"Life wasn't meant to be easy", or so a former politician once told us. And we know that life isn't easy. But how do we face the struggles and problems of life. This is one of the things that Peter addresses in his entire letter, and the topic of this message.

July 27 2025 - A life of Praise and struggle

Yeah, hi up there in the sky
Looking at you from a mile, oh my God
In that ocean, feel that breeze—see the animals,
Heaven and stakes and plans set in motion
Everything that had to fall in place
To make you, make me—make this world and all you see

People say there’s no God, well I tell you what—I see one in everything
How’d we get all these animals, every bird and tree, the perfect design
Eating, surviving, keeping the flow divine
Everything created just to make this world turn
It’s too perfect not to be by His hand

[Verse 2]
He made you and me with hearts of gold—and some ain’t got it
Switch the channel, look over there, sometimes you just gotta thank your God
Even when the pain stings, even when the days are rough
Gratitude gets you through the dark

Anger, frustration, heartbreak—yeah, it’s inside
But lift up your hands and say, “God, I’ve had enough”
Let the tears be a blessing, let surrender be strength
Life’s enrichment comes when you stop fighting yourself

Hear the whispers around—people, souls, the breeze,
Works and wild disasters, even the fires bring new life
Sometimes you gotta walk through the flame
To make it past the pain

Sometimes pain leaves you changed,
Sometimes hate overflows, sometimes love saves the day

All you want to do is thank God and say you’re over this mess
