The story is about the relationship between the artists and the work.

In this case, the idea is the pursuit of the perfected techno sound. 
The love story will stay with us for life because what we have created has changed us forever. 
The relationship transforms a person and alters the perception. 
The World looks a little different now.

We have entered the creative process on equal terms. 
It is an interaction where we have created our own world with our own language. 
Bold and risk-taking. 
At times we have lost our minds and become inconsiderate, asking ourselves what we are trying to do. 
There is trust. 
We confirm and invite each other. 
One action triggers another. 
Sometimes we operate simultaneously.

Sometimes we get lost, but we find our way back as the vision guides us forward.

We have had to allow ourselves to be naive. 
Open to revising our understanding of individual notions of what a colour, a tone, or a sound might be. 
We have agreed that we want to create the perfect sound. 
The perception of what perfect is has turned out to result in several nuances that we shared. 
The nuances have been accepted or rejected. 
The process of creation has involved dialling in, revising, erasing, and redrawing.

Premiere: Naan Boys (Jesper Dahlbäck and Nima Khak) - Dynamo [Parabel]

For episode 119 I invited the swedish artist Lego.

Sara Kanerva aka Lego got enchanted by electronic music by the age of 16, followed by an own exploration of the world wide Techno scene.

After throwing her first raves and club nights in her hometown, Lego was lead into the DJ booth in 2012.
Her driving, trippy and hypnotic sets have since
then taken her to festivals like Exit in Serbia, Freedom Festival in Colombia and Eden Hill Festival in Taiwan, as well as clubs like
Tresor in Berlin, Tango in Paraguay, Ved Siden Af in Copenhagen and Hall in Tallin, to name a few.

Her first productions came out in 2022, the very first one was on the Norwegian imprint Krill music.

Holding a position as a presenter on P3, a national radio station, she has honed her skills as a key crate digger and keen selector. Since 2013 he has appeared on labels such as KMS, Intacto, Parabel, Flash and Dynamic Reflection. Tirelessly spreading his vision of electronic music both locally and abroad, Eddie has toured his sound from local festivals and club nights such as Sydney Mardi Gras, Rainbow Serpent and Strawberry Fields, through to Berlin’s Tresor club and Amsterdam Dance Event. In 2021 Eddie released his EP ‘Dormancy’ on German label ODD/EVEN, which was heavily supported by key tastemaker DJs. In the same year he launched his own label Denude - a platform for his own works and to support other likeminded local and international artists to push Australian electronic music globally. Dustin Zahn, Samuli Kemppi, and many others, have been featured by the renowned Swedish collective Parabel, which is still growing and retaining its amazing calibre with '1997' a four-track EP by veteran Joel Mull.

Joel Mull is a Stockholm-based producer whose exceptional work has appeared on labels like Nicole Moudaber's MOOD, Adam Beyer's Drumcode, Sasha's Last Night On Earth, and this is his first follow up release on Parabel since his Arrow of Time album in 2019.

For this DT:Premiere we selected the closing track "Seven" that's a weird and wonderful ride. Bending and muted metallic tones are tucked under tapping bells and funky shakers creating a mesmerising pot of complementing techno groove with peculiar and pleasing sound design.

The name “Modular Expansion” is inspired from the first analog modular synthesizers of which different parts were connected between each-other, forming an expansion.Modular Expansion is a cultural body of the Hellenic Ministry of Culture and has to its credit actions with the auspices and financial support of the Ministry of Culture and the Municipality of Athens. Many times, biographies of techno acts start by singing their praise of an extremely early,
extraordinary talent on synthesizers and other electronic devices.

In Heron’s case, things are different. Because Martin Spittel has been shaped musically since his childhood, the influences were as diverse as music can be.

On one side, there was his grandfather, who played various instruments, and to whom young Martin related closest to and whose influence still lasts until today. On the other side there were his cousins who were not much older than himself, enthusiastic about AC/DC, and band members themselves. Over the course of the following years, he explored the diversity of Black, Death and Trash Metal, EBM and Industrial, right up to Detroit Techno.

Ever since then, Heron's environment served as compensation to ferce parties and expanding his musical horizon. This symbiosis from the love of nature and the musical influences from his early childhood are a direct reflection of Heron’s entire life.

Following the scream of the waders (limicoline birds), he moved to picturesque island Norderney in 2003. There, exploring the island’s national park, he decided to live up to his enthusiasm about nature by going to study landscape ecology at the University of Münster. It turned out: The relocation to Münster was the initial spark for his career; the months in Norderney were inspiration for the name of his label “Limikola” which was founded in late 2008 and enjoyed enormous support by both DJs and fans.

After launching his now very successful °Schaltkreis-parties with four friends in mid-2007, everything went quickly: His first own radio show “The Grasshopper Warbler”, contacts to prominent players like Someone Else and Heartthrob, and finally the moment in early 2008 during the season’s opening at Time Warp, when Richie Hawtin played all three tracks from Heron’s Retro EP. It was merely his second EP, released on a netlabel (Minisome), and it became immediately successful. A knightly accolade.

The journey that Heron started lead to his bombshell track “Welcome to the Adventure Club” that charted in the Beatport charts in 2008, and continued with remixes and releases for Synewave, Supdub, Swap, micro.fon, Prosthetic Pressings and Sleaze Records. In 2010, it culminated with a tour across North America during the summer.

Two years later he released his very first EP on the legendary Detroit label KMS Records, owned by Kevin Saunderson, followed by remixes for Drumcomplex, P-Ben and Chris Gekä, one collaboration project with Inner City's Ann Saunderson and his second solo release „Ride The Pride“. Furthermore he made the step into the Soma family by publishing three solo EPs and an EP with Kevin's son Dantiez Saunderson, as well as he started to release on Florian Meindl's FLASH Recordings.
