Referring to Jungian terminology - working with a shadow can help us see what is unconscious and hidden. This time I tried to choose pieces with an extraordinary structure, demanding, at the same time hiding many flavors and details, which - perhaps - will broaden the horizons of reception. I apologize in advance for DJ's blunder, playing live is still quite a challenge, especially with such an eclectic list 😛 Hope that the selection will pass the exam and you will find something in this story that resonates.

Nacido en 1983, Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires (Argentina), y actualmente residiendo en Madrid, Nicolás Demattei tuvo su primer contacto con la música electrónica en su adolescencia a mediados de los años 90, trabajando como RRPP de los mejores clubs electrónicos de su ciudad. De allí en adelante, desarrolló un profundo amor por el género y la Cultura de Club, presenciando diversos festivales a lo largo y a ancho del mundo.

 Influenciado por bandas como Depeche Mode o Radiohead y por Dj´s como John Digweed, Hernán Cattaneo o Danny Howells. Su oído evolucionó y se nutrió escuchando innumerables sesiones, encontrando e incorporando a su Adn un sonido y una marca distintiva basada en mezclas minuciosas y elegantes, dotadas de sonidos frescos y logrando crear armonías que generan una atmósfera esencial para la pista.
Hoy en  día, ha compartido cabina con artistas de primer nivel tales como Hernán Cattaneo, John Digweed, Sasha, DJ Tennis, Lopezhouse Live,  Mariano Mellino, Joan Retamero, Night Stories, Karlos Molina, Yahaira, entre otros.

Born in 1983, Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires (Argentina), and currently living in Madrid, Nicolás Demattei had his first contact with electronic music in his teen years (mid 90s), working as PR for the best electronic clubs in his city. Thereafter, he developed a deep love for Club Culture, attending various festivals throughout the world.
