I was born and raised in Houston, Texas and as a kid I would listen to these tracks and it understandably became part of not only my identity but everyone else who was from Houston's identity as well. When I moved to Colorado I was the outcast since everything about me was southern, I didn't fit in, didn't talk the same, and DEFINITELY didn't listen to the same music. All these yt kids listened to dance music and it was dope experiencing the boomin house clubs and bass music in Denver and I would hear all of these remixes of allllll sorts of tracks, but never of any Texas artists. It was as if the two cultures were oil and water, not to be associated, not to be merged, and absolutely in no way possible could you ever combine the two sonically. This whole album (available on all streamin plats feb 4th) is me going back to my roots and making music that inspired me and became a part of my identity in those early years. Bio:

Paul Kremers, born in 1992. Delivers his definition of impulsive, powerful and driving music. While his early years were marked by Hip Hop and producing electronic music with his band "Freshizm", Paul is known today for pioneering international techno sound. The club has only him and his audience - a universe of oppressive drum arrangements, melodic synthesizers and thick basslines.
His direct interaction in combination with a spontaneous set of up to four rotating decks makes Paul Kremers a DJ and artist of modern times.
Paul already convinced in his early days as a member of the Tech House duo "Freshizm". Together with Felix Bernhardt he made it into the top 5 download charts at DJ Shop with the "Fruchtdrops EP".

He also convinced live since the beginning and became famous alongside Tube & Berger, Andhim, Mike Väth, M.in, Steve Murano, George Perry, Anna Reusch, Harry Ax aka Daniel Steinberg, Jewelz, Heartik, Frank Kvitta, Felix Bernhardt and Lissat & Voltaxx booked.

From Paul Kremer's live sets is known that his own live mixed tracks to a new sound, with continuous power. His performances stand for powerful and / or melodic techno as well as his numerous productions like his album "No Limits" (2015) with Yannick Fuchs.
His mix sessions and podcasts for DIR are always attracting international attention and show Paul Kremers's high demand and attention to detail.

His tracks fill the sets of artists such as Richie Hawtin and his releases on Stabil., Hopeful Darkness Records or his own label DIR (Dark Imperium Records), are found in countless DJ sets that are played by the entire scene worldwide.
