In a world bathed in crimson light, the remnants of civilization whispered tales of a future steeped in blood and shadow, where hope clung to the edge of a dying sun. Amidst the blood-red sky, the few survivors moved like shadows through the desolate landscape, their faces etched with the silent resignation of a world forever changed.

The Future

In the foggy evening haze, the giant tower loomed like a sentinel, its ever-changing form casting a surreal shadow over the land. Whispers of its ancient, sentient power spoke of an unknown entity capable of transmuting its shape at will, bending reality itself to its enigmatic design.

I was finally able to escape the facility. Don't know how long I've been trapped in there and never thought I'd make it out alive. Have to get far, far away from here before they discover I'm gone.

This track was inspired by this week's Disquiet Junto project. I recorded our washing machine in the spin cycle, added two effect tracks with different modulations, created a version with PaulXStretch and mixed the resulting track from these four sources.

For me this track is the soundtrack of a movie with an apocalyptic vision of a megalopolis.
