Long time Southern Humboldt environmental advocate, Gary Graham Hughes says Supervisor Rex Bohn has Humboldt County involved in a “climate suicide, wood pellet export scheme”  through a project that would build 2 biomass wood pellet plants-- in Tuolumne and Lassen Counties-- that would produce a million tons combined of wood pellets annually. The project is being developed by Golden State Natural Resources  which is a sub-entity of the Rural County Representatives of California.
