Introducing for the first time on the label, Pemax x Sisto are Brazilian producers who have joined forces during the pandemic to create many tracks already selected and released around the world. AM Butterflies brings 3 new tracks from the duo that has been consolidating itself more and more within house music. With a deep house feel, you can imagine yourself listening to this with an enchanting view all around. The artwork is on account of the artist Sazz who translated very well the feeling passed by the tracks.

 Pedro Henrique Maximo de Tubarão, Santa Catarina assina este ano de 2024 10 anos de carreira com o projeto Pemax, e não para por aí, a gravadora S.O.T.S. "Sounds Of The Streetz" já está com data marcada para o primeiro lançamento em junho.

Diretor Criativo no estúdio Pomadex Productions, Pedro dirige projetos gráficos, visuais e auditivos no Brasil, EUA e na Europa e em 2023 fundou a Escola On-line de Produção Musical focada em Processo Criativo.

Sempre em busca de novas e grandes aventuras e com suas músicas tocadas em volta do globo desde 2017, chegando na BBC Radio 1 e Rinse FM, uma das maiores rádios do mundo, Pemax embarca este ano para o sonho Europeu em busca novas frequências, paisagens e a construção de um grande album que vem por aí.

Criador da festa DANCETERIA que acontece no intetior de Santa Catarina, Pemax sempre teve espirito criativo e idealizador, "acreditar e fazer". Realiza eventos desde 2016 desde quando sentiu a necessidade e mostrar para o mundo o que estava produzindo.

Pemax hoje coleciona em na sua bag diversas Gravadoras na Europa como seu primeiro lançamento em vinil pela Dailycid gravadora de DJ W!ld (França), Purism Waves (Italy), Solid Grooves (Inglaterra) e Mr. Nice Guy (EUA) e o suporte de grandes artistas internacionais: Carl Cox, Jamie Jones, Michael Bibi, Enrico Mantini são alguns dos nomes. 

Pemax atualmente segue acreditando e investindo tempo em novos talentos da sua comunidade. "O Brasil tem muitos artistas incríveis, o que falta é força para acreditarem mais no que estão fazendo, com foco e senso de comunidade. Os artístas precisam ter mais reconhecimento e saber aceitar feedback construtivos”.

 "Eu produzi e mixei quase todas músicas desse set na mesma casa onde gravei o set, então pra mim esse set representa 10 anos da minha história e primeita decada da carreira que foi regida com muita paciência e esforço."

Criando uma experiência musical entre o passado, presente e futuro  esse set para o 120 aos domingo foi construído de forma genuína e mixado entre frequencias e estéticas que representam a ideologia da gravadora S.O.T.S. Records, é também um reflexo da minha palavra artística e estética músical.

The recording of the Jazzy EP was made in 2021 based on a musical experiment by Pemax where the idea was to create a combination of genres, rhythms and eras between jazz and dance floor music, evaluating the creative process. Electronic drums recorded by Jean Paris (drums teacher at Pemax), on bass and guitar by Vinicius Paris, arrangements, mixing and mastering by Pemax and Sisto.

Pemax closed this special night in the last gig in Brazil before moving to Europe including vinyl and many unreleased songs that will be released soon on Sounds Of The Streetz Records.

This is live set was recorded in June of 2024 at LO-FI in Balneário Camboriú-SC, South of Brazil.

'R.A.D.I.C.A.L.' represents the different musical sides of Pemax. Chosen as S.O.T.S Records first release reviving the 90s aesthetic electric synthesis, Both tracks has a strong drum structure that gives all the space for the electric synthesis scratch flying on top the bassline ruffling hair

Going through several musical influences with nostalgic syntheses that characterize the future of the 2000s. "The Vocal” version has a scraggly voice in a rhyming rhythm reminiscent of skateboarding video parts. “The Beat” version features all the power it carries through drums, syntheses and dynamics.

“R.A.D.I.C.A.L. represents the diverse musical sides of Pemax and was chosen as the first release from S.O.T.S Records, reviving the 90s aesthetic of electric synthesis. Both tracks feature a strong drum structure that provides ample space for the electric synths to stick above the bassline, creating a sound that is both energizing and immersive.

The tracks draw on various musical influences, with nostalgic synths that embody the future sounds of the 2000s. The ‘Vocal’ version features a raspy voice, delivering rhythmic rhymes reminiscent of skateboarding video parts, while ‘The Beat’ version unleashes its full power through dynamic drums, synths, and intense energy.
