The newest installment of our series brings you a special set by DOMEL – a vinyl-only DJ based in Warsaw, deeply connected with the Mugshot Gang collective. His musical DNA is rooted in old school hardgroove, yet his sets are equally infused with hypnotic and industrial shades of techno. DOMEL’s authentic energy comes from his devotion to the vinyl format, which keeps the rawness of the sound alive and tangible.

For this recording, DOMEL decided to slow things down and explore techno from a slightly different angle. Drawing inspiration from the distinctive atmosphere of this year’s Up To Date Festival, he lowered the tempo to 133 BPM, allowing each track to breathe and reveal its unique character within the mix.

What unfolds is a journey that bridges past and present: layers of old school grooves intertwined with contemporary textures, complemented by contributions from local Polish artists. The result is a dynamic and multidimensional soundscape, both timeless and fresh.

Limi is a DJ and producer making waves with her powerful and dynamic sets, blending contemporary bass music, left-field techno, and 140. Rooted in the raw energy of punk culture, her selections carry a rebellious edge—gritty, high-octane, and unafraid to challenge norms. With a signature focus on percussive rhythms and multi-genre exploration, she curates both dark, experimental atmospheres and light, danceable moments, captivating dance floors with her innovative, bass-heavy soundscapes.

Her versatility spans BPM ranges and global influences - from Nu-Jazz and UK Funky to Gqom and Miami Bass - always weaving a cohesive narrative that pushes boundaries. A passionate advocate for underrepresented talent, she frequently spotlights female producers in her selections.

Limi has played at renowned venues and promoters, including Keep Hush, The Southbank Centre, The Jazz Cafe, Jumbi, Colour Factory, Glastonbury, and We Out Here Festival. She was also crowned the March 2024 Back2Back DJ Battle winner.
