Lancer begins to have second thoughts about humoring the Lightners, and calls off the tournament. With no hope of them returning to their home worlds, they spread out across the Dark World and find a place to call their own. Barney has a premonition of what will happen if this imbalance between light and dark persists, and brings it upon himself to get the gang back together.

Phanto is the Mettaton replacement. With no clue of where the other Winners’ Finalist is, Phanto is operating under the impression that he won the tournament by default! He’s now spreading his theatrics throughout the widest stretch of the kingdom he could get his hands on, with Barney as the new foil to his plans...

Lancer begins to have second thoughts about humoring the Lightners, and calls off the tournament. With no hope of them returning to their home worlds, they spread out across the Dark World and find a place to call their own. Barney has a premonition of what will happen if this imbalance between light and dark persists, and brings it upon himself to get the gang back together.

Phanto is the Mettaton replacement. Now that Kirby has helped Barney infiltrate Phanto’s theater, Phanto won’t allow either of them to leave. His battle switches between sections in the overworld where Barney and Kirby have to find their way out of the theater, and regular battle sections where Phanto corners them back into fighting.
