Today's guest is Dan Perkins, an expert on politics and current events. The topic today is from one of Dan’s commentaries titled: "I was raised to be a thinker, not a blind follower." Dan reviewed John Pavlovitz’s piece, The Beautiful Mess**, where Pavlovitz examined how the Trump election affected family relationships. He discovered that many people cut ties with family and friends who voted for Trump.

On the show we discussed why It is crucial to remember that political disagreements, no matter how fervent, should not overshadow the deeper values of unity and understanding within families and communities. While discussing pertinent issues such as border policies, inflation rates, and crime statistics provides vital insights into governance, it is also necessary to approach these conversations with respect for differing viewpoints and a willingness to engage in meaningful dialogue. Political polarization can exacerbate divisions, but it can also serve as an opportunity for reflection and the mending of strained relationships.

Alas its a sad day for me. Due to continued issues with soundcloud, I am moving to United Masters for all of my releases. Soundcloud have already warned me that they will be deleting all my music, but It will have been released before that happens. Honestly, if you are intending to release music, I'd look elsewhere, Soundcloud are prescriptive and stifle creativity. Their Customer service is virtually inaccessible, unhelpful, and unable to resolve issues. They actively hinder creators instead of supporting them.

Wolf of Borg... Still Creating... Still releasing, just not through SoundCloud... I'll just take my 200,000 streams elsewhere ;)
