Alright. I'd be lying if I said mixing this kind of music wasn't challenging, but the feeling when 2 "unmatched" tracks end up making magic together, or flow lyrically, is the reason I love mixing music. Making this mix brought out vulnerability and curiosity. 

This has been subcontiously curated for me and my journey that tells the story of what has brought me to now. I am so lucky to have experienced so much life, but it also brought a lot of pain. Music was my muse, my comfort and my language when I could not find the words. I spent a lot of time on top of a mountain range with my hoola hoop. Moving my body to keep me from going stagnant, while I tried to figure everything out. And now here I am - I found my paradise. I am enough <3

My first time DJing for a NorCal Lights gloving meetup, and my first time playing out in the wild (outside of friends in a house setting)! It was fun even though I got very bitten by bugs. 

I joined NorCal Lights in late 2019 and my life has been changed for the better ever since. I have been blessed with amazing friends, endless inspiration to flow and grow and love, and truly I would not be the person I am today without this beautiful group of nerds. It's an honor to give back by playing the music NCL has introduced me to through the years. 

Also as a bonus, some of the artists I played are LGBTQIA+ so happy pride, friends <3
