This song came from my fight with syncope, the moments where everything fades and I’m left floating somewhere between consciousness and nothing. It’s about the fear of losing the world mid-breath, the disconnection that happens when your body forgets how to stay. Every blackout feels like slipping through reality’s cracks, and all I can do is listen to the silence closing in.

The lyrics trace that fall, from awareness to the void. The verses are the slow fade, the heartbeat just before the drop. The choruses are what it feels like to fight to stay awake, to scream inside a body that won’t respond. It’s a portrait of losing control, and trying to find peace in the space between being and disappearing.


In the Silence is both confession and resistance. It’s not about weakness, it’s about surviving the moments where survival isn’t promised. The silence isn’t empty. It’s where I’ve learned who I really am when everything else fades away.
