LE CORPS EN YOGA - Torsions Surprises, Torsions Magiques (mardi 28 Janvier 2025)

Sur le chemin du yoga, l’extériorisation est le premier obstacle, l’agitation du mental est le 2ème. Commençons par observer le mental qui saute constamment d’une pensée à l’autre. La méthode proposée consiste, non pas à le mettre à l’arrêt, mais d’abord à le ralentir pour pouvoir ensuite canaliser son énergie dans une direction choisie, le faire changer de fonctionnement en passant des pensées, à la richesse de perception des sensations, c’est-à-dire : Sentir plutôt que penser. Ainsi les nuages disparaissent peu à peu, découvrant la profondeur du ciel bleu dans lequel brille le Soi.
Le yoga est expérimental, alors pratiquez et observez le résultat en vous.
