**Σούπ** is a monster of a 3-piece band, serving up their own mix of eclectic rock infused with punk, funk, reggae and everything else reflecting the influences they have collected along their 16-year journey. Members include Nikos (guitar &vocals), Lazaros (bass) and Dionisis (drums). The band fuses melodic chords, raw rhythms, and improvised jams into powerful tracks that make a kiiling live.

Composée par la bassiste et chanteuse Claudia Gagné, Solitude célèbre un choix fait à tâton, tiraillée entre la peur de l’isolement et le désir d’être seule. La narratrice envie secrètement une relation privilégiée avec cette diva pouvant la combler d’une douce mélancolie de l’âme. Mystérieuse et attirante, la solitude devient objet de désir: 

Comme si on se connaissait
Je l’ai invité à me suivre                                        
Dans l’eau un unique reflet                  
Qu'elle est belle et que je suis naïve!

Yeux dans les yeux, main dans la main
On jouait à se faire la cour
Elle comblait mon quotidien
On était peut-être en amour

À mesure que la relation se précise, l’auteure règle ses comptes avec cette « amie » qui finit par s'immiscer au cœur de son identité. À la fois amour et haine, elle comprend qu’il lui faut rompre avec cet idéal de vie poétique: 

On était utopie, belle romance
La douceur de l’ennui, tendre silence
Précieuse lenteur
Tu sais que j’avais peur

Power trio de la ville de Québec, La dame Ovale livre des textes poétiques aussi tranchants que délicats. Une musique puissante de par ses grooves et ses mélodies accrocheuses, La dame Ovale est une véritable rencontre entre le rock, le punk et la chanson française. Le groupe brille par sa cohésion, sa prise de risque et l'étendue de sa palette sonore.

Formé à l’été 2021, La dame Ovale s'est produit régulièrement sur scène, notamment dans le cadre du Phoque OFF, de Saint-Roch XP et du Festival OFF, en plus d’être passé par diverses régions du Québec. Leurs trois premiers extraits, All In, Travailler et 20 ans, ont été lancés en 2022 et ont été diffusé sur les ondes d'ICI Musique et de Sirius XM. Le groupe a récemment fait paraître leur premier EP « Du rêve à la dompe » ainsi qu’un vidéoclip.

Avalanche est un trio parisien dans la tradition « Rock Indé » qui envoie des « chansons vénères basées sur des riffs de guitare qui tachent, soutenus par des rythmiques qui bâchent ! » (Lester Bangs)
Mais attention : Power Trio ne rime pas avec musique de vilains ! Car Avalanche c’est aussi et surtout une mélodie qui vous trotte dans la tête. C’est bien simple, Avalanche, ça se fredonne sous la douche comme ça s’écoute à fond dans les embouteillages! Bref partout !
Il suffit d’aller écouter leur premier EP « Clean up your memory » pour en être convaincu bien que ce soit sur scène que leur musique prend toute sa saveur !
