The new government has put prevention at the heart of public service reform plans. So what difference could this approach make? By intervening sooner, problems may not escalate, become embedded, or arise in the first place – meaning preventative services could be a major contributor to public sector productivity. 

With spending likely to be tight over the coming years, the theory behind an "invest to save" scheme is clear – but in practice it has been hard to implement, and cashable savings have often proved elusive.

This event brought together a panel of experts to discuss:

- Is it realistic to expect preventative programmes to deliver cashable savings?
- How quickly could a shift towards a more preventative approach improve public service productivity? 
- What are the respective roles of the centre of government, departments, and frontline services in delivering this shift and realising productivity improvements?
- How can additional investments be made in prevention when acute demand is high and spending tight?

To discuss these questions and more, our panel included:

Avec ces témoignages nous montrons une partie de la réalité des diabétiques et de leur proche.


Cet épisode est une initiation à la compréhension du diabète, car pour nous plus d'informations et de sensibilisation sur un sujet, moins de discrimination il y aura.

Dans cet épisode du Wellness Wonders Podcast, je vous présente le Dr Antoni Calmon, l'un des médecins esthétiques les plus en vue de Paris, avec un talent reconnu pour apporter une touche discrète et naturelle aux soins esthétiques. Occasion pour moi de vous dire que nous sommes également dans la 5ème semaine Régionale du Handicap en Corse, organisée par Tous pour Chacun. Nous aurons à ce sujet des témoignages. 


Dans cet épisode nous ferons un état des lieux de la discrimination envers les personnes en situation de handicap, notamment via des outils numériques non-adaptés et via le cyberharcèlement. Nous parleras d'accessibilité et d'inclusion. 
Ensuite nous verrons comment cela est un frein à l'autonomie, notamment par des difficultés d'accès aux opportunités professionnelles. 
Nous parlerons de la règlementation et des normes en matière d'Intelligence artificielle, en matière de RGPD et au niveau des sanctions pour non adaptation des supports numériques. 
Nous parlerons entrepreneuriat engagé et inclusion pour tous et toutes. 
Enfin nous parlerons malheureusement de la cyberviolence et du cyberharcèlement dont sont victime les personnes en situation de handicap et des solutions et bonnes pratiques à adopter pour une meilleure société dans son ensemble.
