1984 was actually written on New Years Day, 1984, after hitchhiking home from a New Year celebration.
This is a hard rock song in the key of A.
It was a regular in the set of Wud, who did a very good version of it.
Ken would add some strange vocals from the TV series The Prisoner.
The drum machine was unable to do the six bars of 6/8, so it was turned off and back on again.

The New Jersey-born star is known for being defensive in his fights. In what may be his toughest test to date, Sheeraz believes his skills will be the difference against Berlanga.

"He’s coming in here to throw as many punches as possible, overwhelm me, and try to bully me. I’m not going to let that happen. I don’t believe in all the b---s--- he’s talking about. I’m going to go out there and do what I do best, win. In spectacular fashion. I’ll come out there to whoop his a--,"Sheeraz said.

Berlanga (33-0) beat Tevin Farmer in November for interim gold and retained the belt in a rematch in March. Before that, Berlanga beat Joseph Diaz and Maxi Hughes.

The 29-year-old Berlanga has 27 wins via knockout. He believes Sheeraz won’t be able to work past his offense, resulting in an overwhelming win.
