When you're at the bottom and have turned off the Scorcher, before you trace your steps back up, there is a locked code door. Does anybody know if that door can be opened, what's behind it and where to get the code from?

So there is the HD models (for npcs) pack i believe is for COC or anomaly i cant remember which but i believe the modder stopped working on it, dose anyone know if it can be combined with gunslinger?


I found configs\models\dynamic_objects.ltx holds data about spawnable objects like lopata (large shovel). I also found that configs\prefetch\prefetch_single_big.ltx and configs\prefetch\prefetch_single_uncut.ltx seem to have (didn't confirm) a list of all the models in the meshes.


I've done some basic model creation and found ogf files only in \meshes and levels\something\meshes. In levels\something\meshes I didn't find anything interesting, only what seemed like pieces of ground. I think that all complete items (not pieces of ground like a random triangle) are in \meshes folder. That means your sandbags are level models that have random pieces as .ogf files in levels\something\meshes. In other words I think you need to make a new model yourself.


I used Blender with a plugin ( Github.com ) to make new models. It was a painful process but I managed to eventually get stuff working following some youtube videos (using auto-generated translations). One channel was ( Youtube.com ) and I also watched the playlists of ( Youtube.com ) and ( Youtube.com ) might come in handy with Blender settings. There are more things if you manage to find them. I also used SDK but I got the model appearing in game with only using Blender too. The only advice I can give you is to follow the videos 100%. I missed just one small setting in one of the menus in Blender and because of that I couldn't get the model to work for 3 days.


In Shadow of Chernobyl and Clear Sky, when searching bodies, if their PDA holds stash coordinates, it will be automatically uploaded to the player's PDA (although the PDA won't be shown in the body content). In Call of Pripyat, the coordinates will not be uploaded to the player's PDA until the player takes the PDA from the body.


This is a mod for Stalker: Call of Chernobyl that eventually aims to replace every single character model ingame with a HD replacement, as of the current build, there are 235 models, that go into the loner, merc, bandit, duty, freedom, ecologist and monolith factions. It's semi-compatible with the original Call of Pripyat, but won't work properly without the variation mod, and even then there might be memory issues, a compatibility patch for Call of Pripyat might be coming later on, but if so that'll be after everything is done. Comments may be considered, but don't expect any response or any request to be fulfilled, this mod is mostly for myself and my friends.


Choice of Destiny is a global modification with new storyline, models and locations. According to the team, the three new locations are Predbannik, Agroprom, and the Swamps. Naturally, this mod also adds some new quests.


The game features a semi-realistic ballistic model, incorporating such details as bullet drop and ricochets, but the majority of weapons are modeled with ejection ports, charging handles and other working parts transplanted to the left side of every gun, in the manner of 
Counter-Strike
 and 
Far Cry 2
. The developers have stated that this was done because brass ejecting across the player's field of view felt more 'dynamic.' Many of the weapons were modeled with considerable detail, often using textures made from photographs of real examples. Nearly all of these textures were replaced with sanitized skins lacking trademarks and model numbers just before release, probably at the request of publisher THQ. The original, accurate textures were restored in the stand-alone prequel, 
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky
, and mostly retained in the sequel, 
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat
