Welcome to my third Psytrance set for the Power Rounds event series. I spent weeks crafting this mix to create a journey that flows naturally from start to finish.

Expect bouncy psychedelic rhythms, driving grooves, and hypnotic atmospheres, blended with melodic and funky soundscapes that keep the energy evolving throughout the set. Since this event also kicked off the club’s 50-year anniversary month, I made sure to sneak in a few dance and disco classics along the way. A small tribute to the decades of music that shaped the dancefloor.

Schon Ende der 90er Jahre hatte er seinen ersten Kontakt mit elektronischer Musik, war schon bei der ersten Love Parade mit dabei und hat zu dieser Zeit auch begonnen mit Vinyl aufzulegen. Wegen einer langen Krankheit war er quasi 15 Jahre komplett raus aus der Szene bis er 2016 seine Liebe zu Psytrance wieder entdeckte. 
Schnell begann er wieder hinter den Turntables zu stehen und eignete sich den Digitalen Weg des Mixens an. Seit Mitte 2018 hat er auch regelmäßig Bookings und hat in Clubs wie KitKat Club, Weißer Hase, Velvet Monkey, auf Psycedelic Theatre Events, der Goanautica und vielen anderen verschiedenen Veranstaltungen, so wie bundesweiten Festivals aufgelegt. 
Seit Anfang 2021 moderiert er erfolgreich monatlich "Psytrance Spaceship" auf DeeRedRadio und stellt DJs und Psytrance-Genres vor. 
Sein Stil ist melodisch progressiver Psytrance mit Story und einer fetten Bassline.

My Journey through electronic music began in the early 2010's. In 2016 a friend showed me Psytrance and something instantly clicked. This music became my live. When we visited a GOA Rave in Hamburg in 2018 I felt at home. Ever since i've been obsessed with the art of psychedelic music.

Currently I am 26 Years old and live in Dortmund. Here i started Djing in 2022.

I love to craft energetic and melodic soundscapes. Be prepared for bouncy rythms and many surprises.

This is the man who loves to live life to the fullest.  Love music and my very best is listening to really good Trance music with wonderful melodies and vocals that just go straight to my soul 🫶

For many years, I have been playing and learning to be a DJ at home in my man cave. I have also delighted many of my friends by being in charge of DJ mixing at private partys. 

Now from november 2024 are my plan is to level up, and get more forward with building and delighting my fans around the world with wishes to mix live on a stage.
Already in the second half of 2025, I got to perform at Passion 4 Trance Events in Norway! Ørjan Nilsen, Ben Gold, and Lars Holte have also played on the same stage a few years earlier.

As I have invested a little in my hobby and have moved in with my partner, I have used the time of the relaxation from the household to become a better DJ.  
 
I have been to many celebrations since 2011 in Europe that have inspired me with joy with good music experiences in my heart!

It all started with Sensation White Prague, 2 times Ibiza Island, 4 Ultra Europe, 4 Transmission festival Prague, 3 A State of Trance festival 650, 700 and 1000 in Utrecht. And a flight package trip to Tomorrowland Belgium in 2018!

Fascinated by Psytrance since 2014, Chlamydia Nightmare channels his daily passion – or rather his long-standing psytrance craze – into his own music productions, as well as into delivering energetic Night/Twilight/DarkPsy sets ranging from 146–160 BPM.

Encountering the world of Psytrance through a Party in Austria in 2014, this genre quickly started to fascinate the person behind Chlamydia Nightmare. Listening to it every day, whilst enjoying and exploring it, developing an addictive behaviour.

Years later, after nearly a decade of listening to Psy-Music on a daily basis and going to parties and festivals, his newly moved in flat mate at that time (JJUXXTA), showed him how to mix together two tracks on a DJ Controller. Having no expectations at all, it felt quite satisfying & fun, whilst finally realising that he could now dive even deeper into his favourite music genre.

Already recording his first whacky Set a few weeks later, the procedure of thinking about what tracks could fit together, which style & tempo to play etc. unlocked a lot of joy inside an already crazy/Psy-addicted Person and Chlamydia Nightmare was sort of born, funnily connected to a weird story from the past regarding a sexual disease through oral transmission of the STD. As Chlamy did not really have any idea how to name himself as a DJ, his friends just chose this name for him.

Chlamydia Nightmare is a project based on the constant (and maybe sometimes lost) hunger of scanning through all the newest Psytrance Music and making the tracks fit together somehow in a weird messy psychedelic fashion. 

Own productions are mainly Psytrance Tunes involving Night/Twilight/DarkPsy SubGenres, but also found joy in completly other not-Psy related genres.

Chlamydia Nightmare Sets are mostly around the range of 146-160 BPM Night-& Twilight-Psy as well as DarkPsy, occasionally also diving into ForestPsy. Playing not only older tracks from the last 11 years of "personal research", but also always adding the newest tunes on the market to his sets, he always hopes to ignite the listener with the same joy he gets from Psy, infecting them like a disease.

Nevertheless, Chlamydia Nightmare is still only the fun little project of a cracked up childish person, which for some reason, listens to Psytrance every day without losing the joy for it. The drive behind producing music as well as playing and recording sets is still fueled by the happiness of just listening to this kind of music for hours on end, even if Chlamydia Nightmare is the only person in the room.
