Artist/Producer/Sound Engineer Kenny Johnston brings you a hypnotic mix of Tech House and Progressive House beats. While Kenny takes his inspiration from all genres of dance music, key influences are Sasha and John Digweed, Steve Lawler and Green Velvet.

Originally from Glasgow, Scotland, Kenny qualified with Honours in classical guitar and music theory.  At age 31 he boldly left Scotland for Los Angeles where he composed tracks for various metal bands.  Once introduced to house music several years later, he realized the many similarities between the two genres and was compelled to switch lanes.  

Having released several tracks to date, with a Number 1 on Beatport’s Progressive House Hype Chart, Kenny intends to keep producing from his home in Toronto Canada, creating more beats to make you move.

International Dj/Producer in  Techno / trance and progressive genres who has played globally alongside the top Dj's of yesterday and today. Co-founder of Insomnia after hours in Dallas, Texas from 2000- 2010.

Dj.Inc. held residencies at Atlanta's hottest lounges and clubs over many years, and played one-offs in various venues throughout the US, and Mexico. Ryan and Chris Sheehy's popular show "Tempo on ProtonRadio.com" has been running strong for 18 years, with no signs of slowing down.

With over 25 years of experience, and due to his exposure of genres ranging from House to Trance, Breaks to Glitch Hop and Drum ‘N Bass to Old School Techno, DJ Twister possesses the ability to mix unique, multi-genre sets that showcase the true definition of a disc jockey.
 
Twister has played alongside many legendary artists including Donald Glaude, Darude, Binary Hertz, Scott Sentinelz, Slenderman and Tom Foolery. He has also been featured on the radio from the San Francisco Bay Area’s KCRH to Seattle’s 107.7 The End.
 
Twister is part of the management team at True North Radio where he also hosts the monthly progressive house show, Digital DezHertz. He is also signed to Visceral Records and manages their sub-label Visceral Soul. 
 
Twister currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
