Vertex is Slobodan Gacesa (aka Merlin) from Serbia. 

It all started back in 2008, when two friends, Nikola Kozic (ZYCE) and Slobodan Gacesa (MERLIN) joined forces to create something new on the scene - a combination of psytrance and chillout - and Vertex was born.

With Slobodan's knowledge in playing piano, harmonies and in general musical theory and Nikola's widely known expertise in music production and sound design, this project represents beautiful blend of deep, progressive, psy-trance, ethnic and ambient motives, with wide spectrum of diverse themes and sounds. 

Debut album under the name "OCEAN", which represented the element of water, was released for TesseracTstudio records in 2010. After a great success of "OCEAN", dynamic duo continues the journey and two years after delivers the second album with symbolic name "EARTH", which represented element of earth and had a great success on most of the major psy trance charts. 

It inspired many music producers and therefore already next year (2013) album under name of "EARTH remixes" was released on TesseracTstudio, containing remixes done by names such as Suduaya, Human Element, Nerso, Aquafeel and more.

So far besides albums, there were more then 15 EP's and Singles released for some of the biggest records labels in the scene and Vertex had been selected on more than 30 VA compilations worldwide!

Vertex's collaboration track with Pion called "Sunrise Tonic" achieved a great success and became a massive hit, even being remixed by legendary Liquid Soul and released on Perfecto records by Paul Oakenfold. It was selected as official track of famous OZORA festival in 2011.

Over the years, Vertex has developed a unique and recognizable sound on the scene, known by beautiful melodies, atmospheres, harmonies and divergent spectrum of sounds. It is considered to be one of the most innovative projects on progressive & psy trance scene, often combining what is considered impossible.

After the years of collaboration and 2 studio albums, Slobodan took the lead and in 2017 friends decided to split, resulting in Vertex being a solo project of Slobodan.

Slobodan is at the moment in the process of making the 3rd studio album, which will have association with the element of... FIRE! Album will be released by the end of the year 2019.

Invisible Reality was conceived in 2002 at Israel , when Shamil Abramov and Igor Sorin began to cooperate. Shamil was born in Azerbaijan and Igor was born in Belarus, what makes it a one of a kind joint effort.They met in Israel after their parents emigrated .

Igor and Shamil started to experiment their skills together , and the results not late to come. The music was with unique sound and direction.

Their third album "Underworld" released in February 2015 with crisp sound.
2018-2019 Came to the world their 4th album "Re.Gen" with fresh ideas that keep the PsyProg spirit for our days ...

In the last decade Berlin became a magnetic force of culture. With an enormous appeal to artists from all areas of expertise including music, design, architecture, theatre, dance and everything that helps the evolution of imagination and creativity. This is why it should come to no surprise that it is the birth place of both Iono Music and its founder - Matthias Sperlich.

Like many other labels, Iono Music was born in order to give its founder, Cubixx aka Matthias Sperlich, the freedom he needed to release his first creation as Koaxkaos – "Evolutyon". After he met Murus in 2003 at a Psytrance festival, they started working together for several years, and so Iono Music was established in 2005. Unlike many other labels, which are affected by fashion, hype and commercial factors, Iono Music has been motivated by the radiation that the music transmits and the way the body reacts to it. If the music changes the molecules and atoms into ion then it means it has been ionized*. The Ionization process can only be fully successful if your music is high quality Electronic music. Iono Music's main emphasis is on Progressive Psytrance and yet any Electronic style is accepted as long as it stands out of the others – after all it has to reach the top atmosphere to be an Iono…

Matthias Sperlich was born in 1977 in Berlin, Germany. He has over 15 years of experience behind the decks and has a long time love affair with electronic music. He works as a professional VFX artist for cinema and TV, which allows him to pursue his passion and vision of extraordinary music, while being guided by his perfectionist's standards. Since the beginning Cubixx knew that Iono Music could succeed only if he chooses each artist with extra care, examining every aspect to see if they belong in the Iono family. Thus all the artists and dj's you see in our website were picked one by one, after proving to be not only excellent artists but also great people.

Iono Music never stops to evolve, always being one step ahead with technology and new initiatives it had grown to be an exciting international label. Always on the move, Iono Music promises to give you the top notch music this atmosphere can offer.

Osciloptix is the last member of an ancient civilisation of insectoids, known as the Oscilopsians, which inhabited the earth 400 million years ago during the Devonian period.

These crepuscular, insect-like creatures, staged planet-wide synchronised symphonies, at dusk and dawn, that would turn any stagnant body of water into a temporary cymatic masterpiece.

Facing extinction due to the evolution of amphibians at the beginning of the Carboniferous era, in an attempt to migrate to a different timeline, the Oscilopsians built a time portal deep beneath the planet's surface, in the great caverns and harnessed the earth's abundant geo thermal energy to power it.

When the portal was activated, the immense power drain caused the earth's magnetic poles to shift and the portal to implode, obliterating every living being in the caverns, collapsing the chambers and starting the continental drift of the tectonic plates of Gondwana.

Being late for the great migration, Osciloptix escapes the cataclysm that brought the entire insectoid civilisation to an end.

Feeling an incomprehensible disconnection from the hive mind and realising that his entire species is gone, he burrows deep underground, encasing himself in a cocoon, awaiting to resurface in the 21st century and carry on the legacy of the Oscilopsians.

I made my first contact with underground music by the end of 2019 when i attended my first rave party & consequently the "Nawf" Project (Musical project of Nawfal ; 🇲🇺) was started in early 2020 during the Lockdown period where I took my passion for the psytrance music into mixing my personal playlist.  Inspired by artists like Kalki, Vini Vici, Omiki, Astrix, among so many, I began with the "Psychedelic Journey" series as a mean for sharing my love for Psychedelic Trance/ Progressive Psytrance music to others.  During the course, as I was getting familiar with djing, I've begun to diversify the type of music that I mix by having new projects namely "Techno Journey" series; regrouping different sub-genres of techno &  recently the Darkprog/Psytech/Zenonesque genres too. 

Rodrigo Lazcano a.k.a. Dj Mez-k-lito start spinning discs in 2001, pioneer in the Baja California Sur scene, founder member of Baja Tribe collective composed of dj, artists and lovers of psychedelia. 
Their musical ranges goes from Psy Chill / Dud / House / Techno / Psy Tech / Progressive & Psychedelic Trance, In the latter, where he has found his home and his sound, currently resides in CDMX.
