[ENGLISH] Another gem uncovered from the old Psy Nation archives — this time, straight from 2010!

Recorded on June 14th, 2010, this set is a tribute to German producer Hannes Klita, the mind behind Vaishiyas — a key reference in the European progressive trance scene and founder of the legendary Spin Twist Records.

Vaishiyas was never a huge name in Brazil, but back then, his groovy, polished and elegant sound was at the peak of its powers across Europe — and it resonated here too, especially within the Psy Nation community. Originally released as The Best Of Vaishiyas, this set saw plenty of downloads and reached far.

Now, it brings together 12 tracks that truly represent Vaishiyas’ sonic identity — with tight basslines, clean rhythmic elements, and an aesthetic that balances pressure and sophistication. From tracks like “Wheels,” “Empty Pages,” “SL MK,” and “Hold On,” to collaborations with Audiomatic like “Sen Sen Sen” and “Exchange,” this set pays tribute to a sound that defined an era.

Ich hab den Track letztes Jahr angefangen, weil mich die Stimme von „The Light“ von Anyma einfach komplett gepackt hat. Ich wollte eine eigene Version machen – mit progressivem Psytrance-Vibe, treibend und atmosphärisch.
Die Geige am Ende rundet für mich alles ab und gibt dem Ganzen nochmal eine tiefere emotionale Ebene.
Der Track bedeutet mir viel, deswegen will ich ihn jetzt mit euch teilen.

[ENGLISH] Known for his highly progressive, dynamic and deep tracks, Egorythmia has built a unique identity in psytrance: solid basslines, hypnotic atmospheres and a groove that keeps you hooked from start to finish.

 In this set, recorded back in November 2011, I’ve put together some of my favorite tracks from the project — including the hit “Beyond Gravity” and the remix of “Mechanizm,” as well as productions that were brand new at the time and have since become true classics, such as “Dark Ages,” “Night Shift,” “Spin It” and “White Tunnel.”

You’ll also hear collaborations and remixes with names like Ace Ventura, Ritmo, Zyce, MUTe and Quantize, weaving almost an hour of music into an intense journey.

Yes, this is another set I found in the old Psy Nation archives. And a tribute like this deserves to be heard again — so I’m sharing it once more.

Egorythmia Tribute (Mix)

Stoked to share my dance journey collab with Energy in Motion from their chakra series with this throat chakra exploration. We started off the experience with a potent vocal activation by Grace who primed the dancers before my journey. Weaving in many tracks featuring vocals, I also added a bunch of live vocal loops, encouraging dancers to co-create vocal soundscapes with me for one of the most interactive and high-vibe experiences so far. Gratitude to Patty and Sharna for holding down this epic container and all who helped raise the roof on this dance journey, and many thanks for the wonderful feedback I received after we landed back in the space. Enjoy.

Elkemist is a versatile multi-instrumentalist, hybrid live DJ and facilitator who plays multi-genre sets rooted in mystical sounds and ethnic flavours. With a deep love of tribal bass blended with rising psychedelic energy, his sets are curated to take audiences on a sacred journey of sonic alchemy, supported by live looping with yidaki/didjeridoo, vocals, flute and percussion.

Elkemist has contributed tribal bass sets and ecstatic dance workshops to festivals around Canada and Australia including Shambhala (CAN), Wicked Woods (CAN), Dragon Dreaming (AUS), Chrysalis (CAN), Elevate (CAN), Tribe Ascension (AUS), The Magic Garden (AUS) and Kootenay Yoga Festival (CAN). Beyond festival sets, Elkemist also facilitated a weekly ecstatic dance in Nelson, BC (Canada) called Dance Wave, as well as co-hosted regular community ceremonial gatherings, and ran a bi-weekly men’s circle.

Whether it’s a rising tribal bass journey, sacred gathering, ecstatic dance or sunrise festival set, expect a voyage across space and time, inspired by sounds from around the world to encourage dancers to move beyond the perceived limits of their bodies and minds.

Since 2009 I have found my passion for GOA / Progressive Trance and Psy. I think it's the right kind of music to put people in a spiritual trance. Always with the change of the times, I have also converted to the digital DJ hardware (NI Control Traktor S4 MK II, 2x NI F1, Notebook Pro 15 ')


I've been producing my own music since 2015 and releasing the tracks on geomagnatic label group GOA Records and Parabola Music.
