[ENGLISH] Another one of those sets I found buried in my archives since Psy Nation era — and it definitely deserved to come back to the surface. Recorded on February 19th, 2011, this is a tribute to the Israeli project Krunch!

At the time of the recording, Krunch was a duo: Zeev Dukman and Omer Kadosh (Rizo) — two producers who knew exactly how to bring weight, groove, and attitude to the dancefloor. Most of the set revolves around tracks from their 2009 album Booster — a high-pressure release full of bold ideas and standout collaborations that still sound fresh today.

The selection includes tracks like “Squeezer,” “Pura Vida,” “Syncopat,” and the hard-hitting remix of “Sex Style” (originally by Astrix), along with collabs with Xerox & Illumination and Astrix himself. It’s raw, groovy, technical, and absolutely thrilling — exactly how Krunch used to do it.

This tribute resurfaces as a nod to one of the most unique projects of its time. If you connected with the more groove-heavy, rock’n’roll, acidic, and rebellious side of 2000s psytrance, you’ll feel right at home here.

[PORTUGUÊS] Mais um daqueles sets que reencontrei nos meus arquivos desde a época do Psy Nation — e que merecia voltar à tona. Gravado em 19 de fevereiro de 2011, este é um tributo ao projeto israelense Krunch!

Na época da gravação, o Krunch era formado por Zeev Dukman e Omer Kadosh (Rizo) — uma dupla que soube, como poucos, trazer peso, groove e atitude para as pistas. Boa parte do set gira em torno das faixas do álbum Booster, lançado em 2009 — uma obra cheia de pressão, colaborações marcantes e ideias que ainda soam atuais.
