Fun Facts:
The Pig, the Peg and the Egg was written for fun by George, Graham and Jack the Frag.
It was composed in the evening at Flat D, 1 Grosvenor Place, also known as Wud HQ.
It is very much based upon a song called Barabadabada by Ivor Cutler.
During its creation, George's disgruntled girlfriend stamped into the room and yelled her displeasure at the trio of composers.
Undaunted, they carried on to the end.
There is nothing sensible or serious about this song, neither expressed nor implied.

“Taste of the Turn” is a dark, soulful folk-punk meditation on mortality and the endless cycle of farm life, drawn from the phrase: “When we die, we become the grass, the animals eat the grass, and we eat the animals." the track features a haunting blend of bowed upright bass, clawhammer banjo, and two-part harmony vocals that drift between the living and the dead. The lyrics trace a circular narrative of how humans nourish the land in death, how animals feed from that land, and how, in turn, humans consume those animals—creating a spiritual, literal loop that binds generations to the dirt. It's not a song of sadness, but one of raw reverence—equal parts harvest hymn and graveyard gospel. “Taste of the Turn” reminds us: on a farm, nothing’s ever truly gone, it just grows back with teeth.

* What do we stand for as a label?

We support all independent musicians who are doing something we find interesting. Our team members all have formal music education qualifications.

We are against corporate brainwash muzak, their puppet friends in the mass media, and many other corporate activities. We will fight their desecration of music until either it stops or we die. 

We believe in helping others in the face of corrupt laws and a broken system. We are pro democracy, green energy and free speech.

We're politically liberal. We cannot support the republicans, maga or gun violence in the usa. We don't see there's any real difference, other than in name, between the christian far right in the USA and the taliban in Afghanistan.

In the uk we are broadly pro LibDem/Green/Labour/SNP. We are VERY anti-tory, bnp, ukip, and any of their friends and associates. We have no trust at all in the uk right wing press monopoly and the bbc. Beware the bbc and its claims of neutrality. It is the propaganda mouthpiece of the tory party. It even charges a propaganda tax called the licence fee. But we like Test Match Special and Radio 6, so does that make us hypocrites...? Hmm.

We support independence for Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Cornwall. We support the individual and the underdog. We are anti-putin and his war, and pro-Ukraine.

SINCERE IMPOSTER writes, performs and/or produces a curious mixture of New Wave, Dance, EDM, Folk Rock, Metal, Art Pop, Electro, Dreamwave & Experimental World Pop. Collectively, it's a genre known as QUIRKPOP --- Music that makes you say, "What the hell is this?"

The band currently consists of two members, both living within the same body, sharing a similar existence. They identify as Danielle & Dave. They are both psychologically and musically confused. However, both are extremely and unapologetically sincere. 

Influences include Weird Al, Nathan Fielder, David Lynch, Rosalia, Monatik, Atarashii Gakko!, Rammstein, T-Pain and T-Swift. Their favorite inventions are the vacuum and the peach pitter. Their father is simply known as Vessel... who may be an entity or a god.
