I had the chance to meet the Robot Heart crew twelve years ago in NYC for a giant Halloween party where I played on the ‘copy bus’. 

That was a life changing moment somehow. I realized my music could be the soundtrack for a world that’s beyond our imagination, far from my Paris studio.

In 2023, I come full circle by performing at Burning Man for the very first time with my partner Liset Alea. 

This Thursday sunset set was a moment we’ll savour for years to come.

In this live recording you’ll hear: Liset singing 30 feet above the ground from inside the blinking heart, the voices of multiple colorful creatures dancing all around us, the massive Know Audio custom sound system rumbling under our feet, the laughter of unicorns, dragons and shamans… and if you really listen carefully you might even hear the buzz of a billion stars shimmering above our head.

Memories of Robot Heart founder Geo carried us along the set. His legacy will live forever.

Over a decade ago I had the pleasure of playing at Black Rock City on top of Robot Heart’s bus, a lovely memory that was thankfully recorded in ways to keep the flame alive until December 2023 when stars aligned and let that same pleasure, yet again, get us together, this time at the end of a month long residency in San Francisco. We've been playing for the crew at Robot Heart for close to a decade now and each experience we've had is always so memorable, mostly because of the love and appreciation we feel from the whole crew and their impeccable attention to detail, allowing us to do what we do best, play records. 

When we were invited for the inaugural season of events in Oakland, we were deeply honored.

I had a magic time at Oakland for the  Robot Heart Residency, the time have spent there just gave me so much good energy and I have met many interesting people along the way. 
My set was a mystic moment during those days, it seemed like time had stopped during those hours during before and after my set.

My affection for Robot Heart is well-known, tracing back to my first encounter with it in the desert sands in 2008. Over the years, my musical journey has been deeply influenced and shaped by its presence. 

Having the opportunity to partake in Robot Heart's Residency in Oakland, California, was a true delight. 

The four-hour set I performed stands out as one of my favorites in recent memory, largely due to the unparalleled connection forged with the audience. 

Beginning the night and carrying through to the peak hours before passing the decks to Sante Vie, the energy was phenomenal to say the least. 

I hope that you find as much joy and resonance in this performance as I did that night
