Karthik Poduval, AKA Mera Bhai is a producer, DJ and multi-instrumentalist best known as a founding member of Psych band @flamingodsmusic & is part of the Asian underground collective @daytimers_uk.

Born in London with roots in India, alongside time spent growing up in Italy, Albania, Saudia Arabia, Dubai and Nigeria, Mera Bhai’s worldly influence seeps into his unique take on dance music… In light of record store day 2024, Mera Bhai brings us a tasty 1 hour vinyl mix of Kollywood and Bollywood pop hits from the 70s and 80s.

bela (they/them) is a South Korean musician/DJ and a performance artist splitting their time between Berlin and Prague. As a DJ, bela opts for system music on a deeper and heavier rhythmic quest. They started appearing in the Seoul scene back in 2017, debuting at the one and only Cakeshop. Since then, they have played at clubs like Tresor, Säule, ALL Shanghai, and Planeta Za. Away from the DJ history, bela is known for their live performance in queer voice and ritual of grief, growling and screaming to Korean traditional rhythms across numerous festivals: Unsound Kraków, Dripping NY, Rewire, and Le Guess Who? etc. Their most recent LP “Noise and Cries” was released on Subtext and Unsound in 2024.

"Following the beats alone can be a journey of true learning. Today I am channeling somewhere between steppers in the UK and OHM in Berlin, where the lesson comes from the 140s, dubstep, grime, half-step, garage, bass experiments between UK and Germany. I am gathering all kinds of splits to compensate for sucking at rhythm games - and then, I am floating into the triplets, inevitably drifting away into the ever-addictive Monterreian prehispanica wormhole."
