Retórica is an Argentinian techno label that has welcomed underground talent such as Joaquin Ruiz, Rhombic, Ledd aka Bruno Ledesma, Javi Lago and the latest release sees the return of XHEI following his album that began the imprint's journey.

XHEI has consistently shown his production skills since bursting onto the scene just over 10 years ago and lists appearances on Ricardo Garduno's Illegal Alien, Joton's Newrhythmic, Steve Parker's MUTED rec as well as our very own DEAD CERT. Records.

For this DT:Premiere we selected his remix of "Broken System" that has a stomping and grooving beat. Raw and energetic, there's a host of clashing percussion elements creating interesting sounds, and the cyclical, sweeping effects add a hearty, hypnotic flair.
