Chains is the most dynamic and powerful song on the project. The saturation in this track brings listeners to a whole new level of energy. The bass guitar, played by me, is the main element, leading the other instruments to create a perfect balance between the sharp, intense sound and the melancholic guitar. While recording this song, I was listening a lot to Rage Against the Machine and Loyle Carner, and the blend of these two distinct influences shaped Chains.
