Harmless, anche conosciuto come "Innocuo" (per gli amici), classe 1988, nasce e cresce in un piccolo paese del nord Salento (Salice Salentino). Ha iniziato il suo percorso di ascolto e apprendimento della musica e della cultura reggae e raggamuffin grazie ai Sud Sound System in giovanissima età, cimentandosi nella scrittura e nella composizione dei primi brani in dialetto salentino. Successivamente, innamorato della storia e della musica di Alborosie (che ad oggi considera il suo maestro) ha iniziato a comporre le prime rime in inglese e accenni di Patwah dilettandosi in vari stili: dalla dance hall al roots, passando per il rocksteady e anche alcuni esperimenti di dub. Ha passato gli anni della sua adolescenza e prima età adulta producendo sempre per hobby e a livello amatoriale collaborando con vari artisti della zona come Spolpa MC, Barbazolle e AkaRisma. Cresce e si appassiona sempre di più alla cultura reggae ispirandosi ad artisti come Shaggy, Beenie Man, Lee Scratch Perry, Morgan Heritage non trascurando però la cultura rap e hip hop. Nel 2018 interrompe totalmente le sue produzioni per dedicarsi alla carriera lavorativa, vivendo così 7 anni di "buio musicale". Non ha mai però smesso di scrivere, l'indole era sempre la stessa e nel 2025, a seguito di alcuni eventi personali molto dolorosi e con il supporto di amici e vecchie conoscenze, ritorna a scrivere e ad incidere dando il via alla serie "Metamorphosis", una serie di tracce singole dove si notano dei cambi di stile, genere e linguaggio che portano alla luce il suo vissuto personale e la sua "trasformazione", per l'appunto, la sua Metamorfosi. Non si tratta di un vero album ma semplicemente di una lunga serie in cui ogni traccia pubblicata non sarà mai l'ultima.
