A conversation with Mary Teare (b.1916) about her childhood on Ballaseyre Farm in Andreas, followed by the war years as a butcher in Ramsey.

Some of the topics covered in this conversation include: Andreas school, farm work (for men and women), Andreas village life (including shops, police and characters), church (including the Ballakaneen Chapel), meals and food, Ramsey harbour and shops, World War 2 as a butcher in Parliament Street with the government contracts for the RAF stations in Jurby, Bride and elsewhere, widowhood and later life.

This conversation with Mary Teare was conduction by Elizabeth Ardern-Corris on 5 October 2011.

    •    Style Evolution: While rooted in breakbeat, Cameron Clark evolved his sound to include hypnotic UK progressive house and cinematic deep trance—always staying ahead of the curve.
