@panternoise is a multidisciplinary artist, DJ, producer, singer and ballet dancer based in Berlin.

PANTERNOISE is a cult alchemist weaving 90s underground techno with contemporary hard tech, a witch whose magic sounds are a fractal universe of industrial techno mixed with dark-/new-/ minimal-wave influences. Since 2020 xhe has refined xher signature sonic sound: PANTERNOISE

PANTERNOISE invites you to wander with xher through dimensions, to experience a synergy of trippy and ethereal voices.
Grating harsh baselines transport the listener into a mind-bending realm, stretching deep into the abyss beyond time and space. Think ballet poses to beats in the beyond yonder. Xhe continues to push the boundaries of sound and technology, always striving to create something truly unique and transcendent.

After being gifted xher first keyboard, PANTERNOISE’s flame for music was ignited. In xher later years, this love affair evolved into a seemingly endless exploration of vinyl, mastering analogue synthesizers and two band projects.

Irene Brinkman en Tristan Scholten van Kijk Op De Samenleving op RTC Connect spreken met hun gast van de week, Arjan Hoefakker. Als ervaren journalist bij Omroep Gelderland, Powned en AVROTROS heeft hij veel meegemaakt, waaronder geweld en agressie. Hij werd meerdere keren bekogeld en aangevallen tijdens het uitoefenen van zijn werk. Ondanks de toenemende aandacht voor geweld tegen journalisten, vindt Arjan dat de journalistiek soms minder zou moeten 'miepen' en geen verslaggeving van nieuwsgebeurtenissen moet vermijden vanwege geweldsplegers. In deel twee van het gesprek vertelt Arjan over zijn ervaringen in gevaarlijke situaties en hoe hij als verslaggever steeds vaker beveiligers meekreeg op pad.

Our third vinyl release lands just before the close of the year and it is a special one. Petros Spatharos leads with a set of bangers distilling perfectly the sound of the label. Athens-based artist is widely known for his dark, immersive industrial sound, so yeah expect nothing less.

Side A starts with ”Datura”, layering heavy drums with dark reeses and syncopations - solid stuff. ”Xorkia” is an eyes-down track which will keep you in the zone with stellar percussion and atmosphere. ”Vultures” closes the first side with higher energy levels and more distinct breakbeat elements.

On Side B, Randstad remixes ”Datura” and pumps up the tempo to create a mind-bending industrial electro track with aggressive synths. Boris Barksdale wrap-ups the physical release by remixing ”Xorkia” and changing the core to techno while reworking percussion to create an industrial heavy-hitter track.

On top of this, ”Reformer” from Petros Spatharos has been added to the release as a digital bonus which you can download exclusively from our Bandcamp page.
