Since he first started releasing music over a decade ago, CZA has always had a reputation for putting it all out there and has received deserved acclaim as an individual who represents only the best in drum & bass music. 

Blending deep, dark and serious vibes, CZA always exudes an air of professionalism and extremely high production values. His music expertly matches the light with the dark, with a considered and deadly approach. His releases have been on practically every label at the upper reaches of D&B and, in the various guises in which he has recorded, has touched the four corners of the globe in terms of both production and DJing. 

It is no surprise that CZA, along with partner in crime Optiv (Deceased) and the wider Cause4Concern collective are so widely respected and held up as innovators in the D&B game. Known for his techy, rolling flavours, experience and knowledge shines through in everything CZA does. As Cause4Concern emerged in the late 90s, so arose to the considerable talents of CZA. 

The prolific producer has been changing the face of D&B since then. His standing in the industry and amongst fans is second to none. Experience is mixed with innovation, and new and radical ideas are never far away. Whether it’s world building, the creation of aural atmospheres or just low-down dirty grooves, CZA can and does deliver. The new tracks will continue the rich vein of quality, far-reaching and forward-thinking music for which CZA has been rightly lauded. The artist began his music journey in 2017 with EDM, transitioning to phonk in 2022 under the pseudonym "sxdboy," a significant career milestone. His creative exploration spans various phonk subgenres, including Brazilian phonk in 2023 and crash phonk/Memphis house in 2024, evolving his musical direction.

Notable tracks like "DEMONS IN MY SOUL 2," "DREAM 2 (SLOWED + REVERB)," "B!TCH," "nethertoxin," and "pentagramma" have garnered widespread acclaim.

Collaborations with SCXR SOUL, Sx1nxwy, S4nri0, (zxcursed) Sxrxndxb, and purplewine enriched his style. Inspiration from MoonDeity, Sadfriendd, LXST CENTURY, and his own tracks guides his process.

His music is characterized by a dark and sad mood, reflecting his pseudonym, which contains the word "sad". He strives to avoid aggressive tones, fearing it might spoil the persona of "sxdboy". Despite challenging life circumstances and depression, which has accompanied him since 2018, he finds solace in spending time with friends.

Confident in his craft, he disregards criticism, focusing on milestones like "nethertoxin" and "DEMONS IN MY SOUL 2".

He considers his work among the best and pays no attention to criticism. Important achievements for him include the release of tracks "nethertoxin" and "DEMONS IN MY SOUL 2". The most memorable moments in his career are the work on the track "nethertoxin", for which he thanks artists zxcursed and SCXR SOUL.
