Your spine and your nervous system:
it is such an important system in the body,
this nervous system.
Because all the information that we receive
comes through this system
Is processed through the nervous system.

And through this information
is how we understand 
and we connect with the 3D reality,
where we are in.
Our physical brain
processes the information 
that it is receiving.

It gives us the signals
that we are supposed to have
and allows us also
to react 
or to respond
to the stimuli
that come from outside.

And our nervous system is usually very much compromised
because of the foods we are eating,
because of the environmental toxicity 
that we are really bombarded with,
the air we breathe,
the cell phones we use
and so on and so forth.

This system,
which is truly our communication system
and not just about speaking,
but communication means:
retrieving information on all levels
and processing the information and sending out information
into the 3D reality and beyond.

And therefore, we want this system to be so clear.

So, clearing this system is what we will be doing in this series.
