The EZLN recently underwent internal changes to reflect a more localized community structure and revised their ideas of land ownership in attempting to align with Indigenous or Mayan ways of life. Listeners will hear about the Mayan art as expressed form of creative resistance and rebellion, and refusal of mega development projects threatening their traditional homelands, as well as the increased violence perpetrated against U.S. immigrants in time of rising Authoritarian Fascism with the Trump 2.0 Administration.

Galactica Music presents a dynamic techno compilation featuring 10 tracks that range from peak time and raw to hard.

"Calesius Red Vol. 3" is the first edition of a compilation that's been divided into three, each part including 10 tracks. This initial instalment includes solo tracks by J SYSTEM, Maalgabeskij, Hoxan, IVision, Leo Bufera, Leonardo (IT), CLD, Reform, Erika Greys and Calavera.

All the artists who feature on this release are of Italian heritage, and have close ties to Galactica, which is also a world-famous techno event based in Italy. Many of them have played at the Galactica Festival or club events, performing alongside others ranging from DVS1 to I Hate Models.

Artists like Erika Greys are making their first official release with their contribution to this compilation, others such as Calavera have featured on the label's previous releases.

Lots of the artists on this release have also contributed to other highly respected record labels such as Illegal Alien, Kneaded Pains, Planet Rhythm, Otomo Trax, Odd Recordings, Second State, Riot Recordings, Set About, Reload Records, DSR Digital, and Rave 4 Love.

This package includes raw techno with hypnotic grooves, peak time techno with euphoric melodies, and brutal hard techno with industrial sounds. Showcasing the sound of a Galactica event, there is something for everyone.

This week, we take a look at the details of the latest United Nations reform, the UN80 Initiative, which is designed to make the organization more efficient. Unofficially, it’s also a move to convince the Trump administration not to cut U.N. funding even further. However, the initiative is unlikely to satisfy anyone. 

Meanwhile, China, the U.N.’s largest financial contributor, is pushing for a greater role at the organization, painting the U.S. as a threat to multilateralism. The country has been stepping up demands for more jobs at the institution for Chinese nationals.

We also discuss how emerging donors are reshaping the aid landscape, blending commercial aims with development goals in ways that look different from traditional partners. As Western aid recedes, their rise brings new resources, priorities, and trade-offs.

GALACTICA MUSIC was born with the intention of consolidating the "GALACTICA FESTIVAL" phenomenon, which over the years has become an Itinerant Techno music event of reference on the Italian scene.

Since his first edition, it has seen the greatest international artists of the club culture alternate in consoles and aspires to an ever more progressive expansion, even reaching beyond national borders.

The reference to the Galaxies factor was therefore an obligatory step for the planning of the label, which wants to become a pillar of the electronic scene by bringing together important artists and giving space and opportunities for growth and integration to new talents ranging between electronics, EBM andTechno in all its nuances.

All this has meant that within the project, thought was given to planning the releases in "series of V.A." and in "classic" releases (singles / E.P.//Full E.P., calling the "series" with names characterising invented Galaxies, so as to be able to give a clear direction to a label that wants to have a single common thread but which at the same time wants work on different fronts.

American Indian Airwaves (AIA), an Indigenous public affairs radio porgram and, perhaps, the longest running Native American radio program within both Indigenous and the United States broadcast communication histories. American Indian Airwaves is produced in Burntswamp Studios and started broadcasting on March 1st, 1973 on KPFK in order to give Indigenous peoples and their respective First Nations a voice about the continuous struggles against Settler Colonialism and imperialism by the occupying and settler societies often referred to as the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Latin and South America countries located therein.

American Indian Airwaves operates as an all-volunteer collective with no corporate sponsorship and no underwriters.
