As humans, how fast do we really want to go?
From the Industrial Revolution to the age of AI, our world seems to be accelerating faster than we can breathe — and even faster than we can feel.
But unlimited acceleration can quietly destroy life. It once destroyed mine.
after  I pushing myself past my limits. There were days and nights when sound, colour, and light felt too heavy. I realise the world need something really soft and gentle. And I want to offer mine.
Learning to breathe in waves — slowly, rhythmically — saved me from those death-like moments.
Through that, I discovered the importance of being, of presence. This has become the essence of my music.
I capture the warm, wooden creaks of the piano; the melody unfolds gently, following my breath.
It’s an intimate exchange — a quiet space shared with the listener.
My music is not about perfection, but about presence. Every note, every breath, every warm creak of the piano carries a quiet voice of healing.
One listener described my music as reminiscent of Icelandic soundscapes — atmospheric, slow-building, deeply human.
I hope this track can be a companion for those who need a moment to breathe, to pause, and to heal.
