☞ About the set
After the "The Balance" EP was signed with the renowned label Einmusika Recordings,
with three tracks on it, he produced within three weeks an additional six songs specifically for this event, which he then converted into his live set. The live set follows the sequence of the EP, culminating in a grand finale with a monumental last track. From the very first song, R.EK showcases his extraordinary interpretation of techno music with melodic approaches.

In no time after finalizing the signing for R.EK's EP project, the eagerly anticipated release party was ignited by R.EK himself, alongside the illustrious Hive Club Zurich and the distinct party label Grundton.
Impeccably curating the lineup holds great significance for R.EK, driven by his unwavering dedication to greeting the audience with invigorating and soul-stirring melodies, ultimately guiding them towards an exhilarating crescendo.

For the release party, which took place on the Tanzifloor, R.EK invited the following artists and DJs:

☞ The «Balance» EP
For the Original Track «The Balance» he teamed up with swiss singer and producer Natascha Polké. It's a beautiful, melodic and calm journey with her outstanding voice
and a lot of little details. "Behind" is more groovy and reduced yet driving and with a catchy lead line. On top, he added a remix by Thomas Schwartz and Fausto Fanizza which works for the club with a strong beat and deep bassline.

The Munich-based Thomas Labermair has been on the decks for over 15 years, and he has also been active as a producer for many years.
Certainly not a novelty in the increasingly fast-paced electronic music scene, but still worth mentioning and of course also an incentive for newcomers with whom Thomas Labermair likes to DJ.

Musically, Thomas Labermair's sound moves somewhere between techno, psy trance, indie, and melodic techno & house.
The California Dreaming podcast series is completely new and is intended to serve as a platform for Thomas Labermair for local newcomers as well as established DJs.
Thomas Labermair's DJ career really began in 2009 in the former after-hours club Mojitobar. Like many things, in principle almost everything at that time, it was located in the huge party Bermuda Triangle at Munich's Ostbahnhof.

At that time, Thomas Labermair also performed under the alias Somnia and was a resident DJ at the Bullitt Club. Since then he has been playing in clubs like Rote Sonne, Zur Gruam, Harry Klein, Haus 33 and at events and festivals like Gute Laune, Isarrauschen and Isle of Summer, to name just a few.

Thomas Labermair has been producing on the labels City Of Drums, IAMT and Reload Records since 2016. Tracks like Voices in my Head, Cyberpunk or Voyager are guaranteed floor fillers that regularly top the Beatport hype charts.

BELINÐA is one of Canada’s top trance DJ/Producers on the rise over the past few years. Hailing from Toronto as a clubber and long-time trance lover spanning over a decade, her hard-hitting trance tracks weaving in just the right amount of uplifting melodies are what makes her productions made for the dancefloor. They are a testament to her trance and techno influences Bryan Kearney, John O’Callaghan, Sneijder, Will Rees, Paul Denton, Marie Vaunt and Mha Iri.

BELINÐA has already been featured in lineups with established artists such as Bryan Kearney, Giuseppe Ottaviani, Will Atkinson, Craig Connelly, Sean Tyas, Paul Denton and many more. Outside of playing shows in her hometown of Toronto, Canada, BELINÐA has played in Dallas, New York City and Southern California. She is also starting to make waves overseas; she made her European debut at the Rong Open Air Festival Malta - a renowned trance festival based out of the UK.
