Bitch Please

SWEET ON

Piano and cello piece, inspired by "Ballerina" by Yehezkel Raz. Started in July 2024 as a sole piano piece, which I contributed off and on, quite a slow process. In December, I tried finishing it with a different temporary ending, shorter at around 1 min. Then came February 2025, where I finished it properly for a college recital, and added a cello part. I'm trying to use more rests and slow natural timings in my music haha.

Wondering (to find the hidden) Conclusion

gotta go with the flow, especially through the transition between finishing one chapter and starting the next.

I'm a composer with credits for film and concert music, and my music has won or been nominated for awards from Western Canadian Music Awards, the Independent Music Awards, the Geminis, and funders such as the Canada Council, Saskatchewan Arts Board, FACTOR and the SOCAN Foundation. 

In April, 2021 I received my PhD in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Regina, where I wrote a thesis on algorithmic music and its impact upon the composer. during that time I created several apps, including a musical score for the university campus using augmented reality on an iPhone.  

I am based in the Toronto area, and would love to hear from anyone who wants to comment on my music, who might want to collaborate on a project that needs a great score, or who just wants to say "hi."
