My opening performance at the ‪United Nations 2024 ‪AIforGood‬ summit: “Fusion Augmenta”, a solo Augmented Violin rendition of the music I co-wrote with Reeps One for the Leipzig Opera‬ and Leipziger Ballet in 2023.
The live sound is generated by real-time manipulation of electric violin and vocals, with new reactive neural synthesis layers courtesy of ‪Datamind Audio‬.
A special thank you to my lifelong friend ‪Ben Cantil‬ for setting me up with their remarkable neural audio synthesis engine “Combombulator” and training some violin-friendly custom models on my work especially for this performance. And a shout out to ill-esha who has pioneered some incredible vocal models which you can hear emerging from the AI resynthesis. The feeling of dynamically and precisely controlling so many sounds with just one musical gesture is hard to describe. Also a special thank you to Ill-Esha whose vocal model was used by the AI that turns my live violin signal into vocals in the second half of the track.

Composer, musician, producer, sounddesigner from Germany nowadays mainly working in the genres of orchestral and chamber music, film and theatre music, sound design, live-electronics and production music.

I'm using Soundcloud mainly as a backend for my websites patchpool.net and absynthsounds.com where I offer plenty of patches, samples and audio files for music and sound design production, so you will find thousands of demos here. I do not use AI for composing music and I object to AI training of music using any of my music.  Some of the mastering software I used may have used AI.
