This is about having a lot more love to give when your person doesn't have anything left. It's nobody's fault. But it has ruined things! And you feel pretty ruined too. Callan and I made this in 4.5 hours on a Tuesday night into the early hours of Wednesday morning. I hope you're okay listening to this. This was incredibly healing for me to write. The picture is temporary but I remember feeling unsettled and uncertain on the day it was taken about how much space there was for me in this person's life. I sat in the sun and read some Seamus Heaney poetry. Imagine speaking over the phone and listen to this song <3
