Rocksmith
 supports a DLC store where users may purchase new songs, in-game pedals, and in-game amplifiers. Bass guitar functionality was added to the North American version of the game via downloadable content on August 14, 2012.[1] All DLC songs are forward-compatible with 
Rocksmith 2014
, but DLC songs released on or after October 22, 2013, are compatible only with 
Rocksmith 2014
 and will not play on the original version of 
Rocksmith
.


As of March 31, 2020, 1,447 additional songs have been made available as DLC, 1,444 of which are available to purchase and download from the 
Rocksmith
 store. The three songs no longer available for download for users who don't already own them are those included in the "Holiday 3-Song Pack".[

The final DLC to be released was released in March 2020, as Ubisoft San Francisco transitioned to a new project.[2] As of November 2021, the DLC for the original 
Rocksmith
 is slowly getting removed from digital storefronts as the licensing agreements for the songs expire.[3]


I noticed most of the song packs have a definite "B-side" (1 hit, something underrated, and the rest filler, from the ones I looked at). If there are any song packs with all bangers, please let me know! As-is, it's cheaper to purchase the individual songs at $2 each.


Hello, I'm new to rocksmith and I was wondering if anyone has actually sat down and calculated the total cost of all the dlc (US)? I want to collect all the songs, but I'm not sure how much it will cost, or how much space it will require on my hard drive (I'm on the xbox 360). So could any one tell me the most cost effective way to get all the songs and the total that I have to shell out? Thank you. Edit: I'm using the rocksmith 2014 edition


I'm a beginner. I love nirvana but unfortuanely no dlc for that. What dlc you guys recommend. I currently have the rocksmith 2014 remastered, but should i buy the original rocksmith and import tool?


Hi! I'm looking forward to buy some dlc's during this sale. Could you give me some examples of easy songs such as Def Leppard - Pour some sugar because I'm fresh bass player. The bands that I'm listening to and also their songs are in dlc's are: skillet, three days grace, papa roach, linkin park. Are there any easy songs from that bands? I'm also opened for new bands I just want easy songs.





After being frustrated with and personally hating the way the wikipedia page for Rocksmith DLC is formatted and not liking the Riff Repeater site's layout (Sorry! I really appreciate the effort of it for sure!), I buckled down and made a spreadsheet of all the songs that can be found in Rocksmith, Rocksmith 2014, and all DLC. Not only that, but I made Spotify playlists for the songs found in the base version of Rocksmith, the base version of Rocksmith 2014, all of the DLC songs that can be found on Spotify, as well as a combined playlist will all 3 of those together. (Links there are screenshots, Spreadsheet and Spotify playlists linked below)


I don't know what others would use the spreadsheet for, but personally, I've made a copy of it and am highlighting the songs I have purchased as well as highlighting the songs I would like as a separate color, on top of highlighting songs I do not ever want as a 3rd separate color. Make a copy and do as you wish! I figured I would share it since there's no updates that will happen to it as far as more DLC releasing.

Session #331 from June 2023 - throwback to the early days of my SongVisualizer project! A heavy Thin Lizzy night with some classic Allman Brothers and Freddie King thrown in.
Kicked off with some southern rock vibes before diving into BOC's Don't Fear The Reaper and spending quality time with Freddie King's Hide Away. The second half was all about those legendary Thin Lizzy twin guitar harmonies - multiple attempts at nailing Cowboy Song on both lead and rhythm, finally closing out with a BONUS track where I put both parts together!
