Coloană sonoră originală a lucrării „Podul de Flori”, câștigătoare a locului 1 🏆 în cadrul :ACT Festival – Primul Festival de Video Mapping din Republica Moldova.

Lucrarea explorează podurile vizibile și invizibile care mențin coeziunea atât în plan social cât și în plan natural. Podul de Flori reprezintă un adevărat moment istoric, o manifestare profund simbolică a reconectării, o punte fragilă dar vie între comunități despărțite.  

Narativul trasează o paralelă între societate și natură, între nevoia umană de reîntregire și instinctul de echilibru al biosferei în care lupul devine simbolul unei forțe esențiale în lanțul trofic. O prezență care subliniază ideea de interdependență: forța lor colectivă menține armonia în lumea naturală, așa cum unitatea prin limbă susține identitatea.

Reggae music is deeply rooted in values of freedom, justice, equality and love, serving as a powerful voice for social and political change. Its lyrics frequently address themes of social criticism, human rights, anti-racism, anti-colonialism, anti-capitalism, advocating for peace, unity and the empowerment of marginalized communities. The genre emerged from the struggles of Jamaica's working-class communities in the 1960s, becoming a platform for expressing resistance against oppression and injustice.

Reggae promotes messages of racial equality and unity. The music also encourages personal and collective introspection, fostering spiritual awakening and a sense of global community.

Long lost Bklyn Combine member, young Tyhiem joined the squadron for a long awaited conversation about time spent in Ghana recently for Mali and Che's 25th wedding anniversary vow renewal ceremony. Shout out to Combine family, Aidah Muhammad for planning a wonderful week in Accra with loved ones.

We are the Brooklyn Combine, a non-profit community organization. We work with schools, community organizations, and dedicated city officials to help provide mentorship, critical education, leadership, and social support programs to youth and young adults in low-income and underserved communities.

Bio :
Chief of Nothing is a French born, Berlin based selector. Collecting and playing records for more than a decade, having a soft spot for the era between the late 60’s and the early 80’s, where Reggae music was analog and recorded on tapes. Orchestration and vocals are key when it comes to pick up a record. Spreading a conscious message of Peace, Love & Unity, is the foundation of his selection.

A podcast coming from the planet of Brooklyn that examines critical thought and community, while searching for solutions to some of our most challenging issues.
