Nevermind Make Love by Breezy in Royalty version is one of his most underrated songs in his catalogue, bluesy, chill type of song with naughty content not in explicit way. They were a harbinger of opportunity. Opportunity to grow, learn, see, feel, experience, sent by an unknown individual to the Knight, apparently. The drink that was served to the Knight that night was a special concoction made to send someone on a journey through a realm they didn’t even know existed. The Spirit Realm. Fear. Wonder. Sadness. Joy. Here. There. You’re me. I’m you. Everywhere. Everyone. They began to lose sight on what was real and what was an illusion as they fell backward and under a trance. The Makeshift Knight was practically in a chokehold. No. They were being strangled from the inside out! As if roots were sprouting from within them, growing through their veins, then emerging through the armor they wore and the skin on their back just to continue burrowing into the ground as the Knight lay on the floor belly up. Their body was imprisoned there on the ground, when suddenly, it was there no longer. Free falling, in a deep, dark, endless void, in an instant. There are shimmers of light, but they’re faint, and distant… very distant. There is silence. All of the loud feelings still swirl in a lingering way through the Knight’s mind, but in this moment, the silence is completely deafening, and awe is the only feeling the Knight can manage to express.

Just then, a cloud of… something… starts to form in front of their eyes, and in a flash, a sharp beam of light fires from the cloud and shoots directly at them, piercing through the floating Knight’s heart. Their armor vanishes. Their physical self almost does the same. The Knight was stripped down to a thread, but now they found themselves more in touch with their true self than ever before. A rebirth. Forced to surrender everything, killed, just to return a better version of themself. But this was no ordinary light that struck the Knight, it was the Spirit of the Supreme. The Supreme had been following the Knight without their knowing. The Supreme enjoyed watching the Knight go along in their journey, and the Supreme believed in the Knight’s cause and their heart, but there was a critical piece of wisdom that the Knight would need to know in order to succeed. And the only way the Supreme could get in contact with the Knight was by directly contacting their heart. After colliding, the Supreme relays their message.
