Today I brought some of my old records to the station, and then had a true confusing challenge trying to use the Pioneer turntables. Felt quite ruff, but it worked out. Get off my lawn! (Actually do not, just give me Technics and a soundsystem and we will have a dance party in the yard.)

(I am going to learn how to properly operate those new-fangled turntables this week, because I am lucky to have so many wonderful records, and they need to be shared.)

Of note: RIP is devoted to my friend Seleena who left her body last week. Ashes to ashes, dust to dust. She is far more powerful now...

Cruel Intentions (Peter van der Schaaf) is a hardcore project with Dutch/Italian roots. Like many kids Peter got infected with hardcore rave music in the early 90’s. 

In 1998 a sent out mixtape to organisation “Dutch Rave” was his first step in the hardcore scene under his Spete moniker.

Around the year 2000 he was working at the infamous Mid-town records shop & design and started investing in studio equipment. Producing was the next logical step and with his best friend he started working on music day and night. 

In 2002 their hard studio work led to several successful releases after signing on Traxtorm sublabel G-net. Performances across Europe followed with as Highlights; A Nightmare in Rotterdam, Club Number One, Sportpaleis Antwerp and a monthly residency in Italy.

In 2008 the road led to Dubai where Peter finally started working on Cruel Intentions. 
(a project name actually chosen in 2001 inspired by the movie banner hanging in his classroom at Design Academy) 

The year is 2014, Cruel Intentions took his time to perfect the beat and is here to reclaim his place in the hardcore scene. 
Ready to conquer the future and determined to last...

Wardrobe Sounds es un Mc, productor y Dj de Alicante, su trayectoria musical empezó haciendo sus primeras rimas e introduciéndose en el mundo del rap. Fue un colaborador asiduo en R3.
Unos años más tarde, junto a 4 amigos formaron el colectivo Safary Beats, con estilo Raggajungle y Drum&Bass en sus producciones y mixtapes. A su vez realizaba trabajos en solitario con el sello “Wardrobe Sounds”, produciendo tracks de varios estilos como Rap, Dub, D&B, Raggajungle.
Al ser un gran apasionado a la música, con el sello Burnthemrecords (2019), decidieron crear un grupo en Facebook llamado DUB MUSIC SPAIN, para fomentar y dar voz a la música Dub/Reggae. 
Wardrobe Sounds ha editado en los sellos de Dub/Reggae como CrudoBilbao Estudios , Gatazkabasslabel y Lapanchitarecords, conocidos nacional e internacionalmente. Con un sonido particular y propio, que te hará vibrar con subgraves contundentes.
También es importante destacar sus sesiones en salas o asociaciones como: C.S.A. La Mistelera (Denia), A.C. La Lleona (Alcoi), Sala Matadero (Ayora), Level Club (Alicante). En festivales conocidos a nivel nacional como el Rabolagartija (Villena).
En sus sesiones podrás disfrutar de una gran selección de tracks, con un sonido fresco y bailongo para disfrutar en la pista del baile al máximo. Ha actuado junto a artistas como Benny Page, gran dj y productor de D&B y Raggajungle, muy conocido a nivel internacional.
Junto a otros artistas actualmente esta sumergido en un proyecto de Hip-Hop / Rap que recibe el  nombre de Pagal Ka Dawa.
