Music Maker on a Mission
A one-hit wonder would make my day!

Currently working on “Work Out and Dance Tracks” —
The Six-Pack Album Set: Rise Up! – The Fitness Rituals.
12 tracks on each album, spanning warm-ups, workouts, dance flows, and cool-downs — enough music to mix and match with your favourite fitness tracks.

My tracks reflect my journey in personal growth and wellbeing — mantras for self-esteem, motivation, and staying positive through everyday challenges, they were inspired for gym, fitness and workout motivation.

Some of the best conversations I've ever had have taken place while running with others. Over the course of several miles, the conversations are allowed to flow freely and cover a variety of topics.

And that's what I try to do with my podcast.
