Wer dabei war, weiß: MAGENTA hat in diesen 2 Stunden die Tanzfläche zum Beben gebracht! Abwechslungsreich, verspielt und doch mit treibenden Bässen katapultierte sie uns in den Himmel des PsyTrance und brachte jeden zum Tanzen.

Dieses Set entstand in einer schlaflosen Nacht – spontan, getrieben von Verzweiflung und dem Bedürfnis, Gedanken in Klang zu verwandeln. Die Auswahl bewegt sich zwischen düster treibendem Techno, melancholischen Breaks und hypnotischen Klangflächen. Jeder Track ist ein Fragment einer inneren Unruhe, die sich nach außen bahnt und doch in der Musik eine Art Befreiung findet.

Biography:

I got into DJing through my interest in techno music initially in the early 90s when techno was becoming more and more established in the clubs! At that time especially at private parties with and 
at friends, my great interest and enthusiasm for DJing arose through the confrontation between turntable and mixer that arose here and there and thus also my interest in producing music or DJing.
I try to modernize and reflect the dark bunker sound of today's popular club sounds. The techno direction I produce is a bassfull and at the same time driving techno sound with interesting dark melodies and sounds and
underlaid with suitable effect sounds. My selection of songs that I use for my podcasts are techno songs that I have listened to, made a selection 
and what I like about it in terms of taste, of course based on the common and hip club beats and sounds. After a long break, the goal is to reestablish myself in the scene with good sets and sounds. The aim would also be to have contacts 
and opportunities again through our own increasing polarity in order to
perhaps support and further help and promote younger talents more easily, but I will never really stop mixing or producing music myself, only the
performances will improve over the years will definitely be less. 
But definitely not now!!!!!!....... hopefully there will be many more musicthings and joint projects with other colleagues, which I'm really looking forward too! Thank you very much for listening and to be honest I'm just overwhelmed by how many really like my music and recommend me to others! Really drives you, does you good and I'll definitely keep doing it for you Safe

He‘s feasting on music: 2 – 4 hours of fresh sound. Every single day. A diet that makes Sebastian Kos a remarkably up-to-date and versatile DJ. Also a good reason why the Swiss is gaining more and more popularity at the moment.


Back in the day, music selection used to be the most important job of a DJ. In face of the ever growing torrent of new sound out there, it seems like this skill is rapidly becoming increasingly important. Swiss DJ Sebastian Kos is a good example: His sets are highly eclectic, they derive ideas, styles, and taste from an extremely broad and diverse range of Psytrance and its subgenres. It‘s no surprise that he is often booked to play during the prime time of a party, as he seems to have a very special knack for playing the right tune at the right moment. Speaking of right tunes: There‘s always a fair share of unreleased tracks in his collection. Spinning records since 1997, he gained great technical precision, frequently playing in the tropical party hotspots of Koh Phangan, Koh Tao and Bangkok for the last 12 years added to his sound a feeling of internationality and acidic sexiness. In this respect Sebastian is a perfect match for Antu Records, which he currently represents as a label DJ.
One impressive example for Sebastian‘s skill is Summer Never Ends Festival 2013, where he hit the spot and sent the 10,000 party heads on the main floor to a most blissful state of mass euphoria. Listening to new music in his home studio for 2 – 4 hours every day and managing an increasingly tight booking schedule is still not enough to keep him occupied. Since 2013 Sebastian Kos is organizing both Psychedelically Family and 7sd parties. The next edition has been announced for April, it will be a joint venture with Xerks Music and will take place in Switzerland. Also watch out for the first chapter of the Psychedelically Family compilation, to be released sometime in the year. In May, Sebastian Kos will play at the Shankara Gathering in Denmark. Cubex, born in Switzerland, discovered his passion for electronic music at a young age and began DJ'ing at 17. His initial interest in music quickly evolved into a deep passion for Drum&Bass and Techno. Over the years, Cubex honed his skills by performing at various local and national events while simultaneously organizing his own event series and co-founding the Drum & Bass label "Perkussiv Music".

At the age of 30, driven by a desire to take the next step, Cubex made the decision to temporarily step back from promoting and focus on producing music in 2010. His unique style is characterized by daring and creative beat combinations that reflect his musical roots and personal identity. By merging rhythmic and energetic House and Techno beats with hypnotic, psychedelic, and dark atmospheres inspired by Psytrance and Drum&Bass, Cubex has crafted a distinctive sound. He describes his music as "deep and twisted Psy-Techno".

Cubex's impressive discography boasts over 200 tracks, which have been released on more than 30 esteemed labels worldwide, including Zenon Records, AlpaKa Musik, Techgnosis, miniMahlzeit, Copycow, Lethal Dose, and many others. With each release, his international recognition has grown, resulting in an increasing number of bookings for gigs and festivals across the globe.
