when law enforcement officers are using their radio in order to communicate to one another and they find out some outsider is on their line listening to them they immediately "maintain Radio Silence "which means they dis continue talking on the radio until it's secured in order to protect their vital secrets, now in this album we let you in on those unspoken secrets,
