September was a month of pruning, patience, and presence. I found myself learning to let go of what doesn’t serve me, making space for what does, and trusting the quiet process of growth. Even the spiders covering Georgia this month reminded me that persistence weaves beauty over time.

In this entry, I reflect on choosing myself over distraction, listening to the heart over the noise of the head, and realizing that the “impossible” is often just waiting on someone brave enough to try. It’s about recognizing the habits we do out of muscle memory, asking if they really serve us, and having the courage to release what doesn’t. Through music, family wisdom, and a few lessons gathered along the way, I share how September taught me the power of patience, clarity, and courage.

Hi Sheevaun here driving for your success. I've been speaking at a lot of places lately. One of the thing that I get questioned about every single time is, what do I do about sleep, and what do I do about consistent headaches? Now, there are multiple factors in sleep and headache however, energetically lets just look at it from an energetic perspective. &nbsp; If you sit like this, then what happens is your psephology is going to create an obstacle. Just like a pebble in your shoe, it's going to create an obstacle in your psephology. Then the nerves can't do their job and the blood can't flow where it's suppose to. Now energetically, headaches come from resistance and they come from the windshield of our field not having resolution and getting a little mucky. &nbsp; If you don't clean the windshield of your car, eventually it's going to be really mucky and you won't be able to see out of it as clearly. The same thing energetically will appear and can help facilitate headaches. &nbsp; As far as sleep it's a similar thing, usually sleep is you're too wound up and your adrenals are firing too much. One of the things about sleep is that you really need to think about the energy that happens when you're lying in your bed. When you're lying in your bed you're decompressing, detoxing from the day. But don't you think that's going to accumulate after a time? &nbsp; I'm thinking with your pillows, I through pillows about every three months, so interesting to think about. One of the products that I've sold a lot of lately, just happens the other day, I just happen to bring them along, is our soothing spray for sleep and our magnesium oil for resolving some of the deficiencies in the adrenal system. &nbsp; I hope this has helped a little bit today to get you to think about how energetically you're disrupted in your sleep, and you're disrupted in other ways. Introduction to the Food: A Love Story Daily Meditation

I had this story of this amazing client. He came to me with a health challenge, and he wanted his energy and his health back on track. He really wanted a different circumstance in his life. He was a very powerful attorney, and I said, “Let’s find what you’re here to do.” &nbsp; As we worked through the health challenge, relationship things, financial stability, and energetic alignment, he was able to locate what he’s truly here to do. He had been doing that for quite some time, and one of the things that happens when people have been living their purpose for a while is the idea of complacency — the desire to just be comfortable and have things work without any issues or surprises. &nbsp; One New Year’s Day, I got a call from him. He said, “Please, please, please, we need to reconnect. Something’s going on.” When we reconnected, what we uncovered was that he was opting out. He had gotten done with being here and living his purpose. That can happen. Sometimes, after we’ve conquered what we set out to do, the drive changes. Maybe things are just moving along, and you’ve said yes to things you shouldn’t have. He had done a bunch of that. &nbsp; When we get complacent, we start to look for escape routes. We might want to run around the country in an RV, travel the world, or just find ways to escape — through food, distractions, or other means. But what has to happen is that every day, the muscle of choice has to come into play. It’s easy to get complacent, especially after the kids are grown and you’ve been doing what you’ve been doing for a while. You might unconsciously sabotage yourself just to find a new, non-complacent way to get back into the fight. &nbsp; So, think about this: are you being complacent about something — in your business, around your business, or in your life? It often shows up through a health challenge. We get complacent, our health drops from where it used to be, we eat the wrong foods, make poor choices, or slide down that slippery slope. &nbsp; Be aware of the complacency syndrome. Be aware of the tendency to opt out and quit. The energy that comes with that brings what I call little deaths — little deaths of vision, momentum, energy, cells, the brain, and expansion. &nbsp; Tap back into your curiosity. If you need help, reach out — I’ll help you revision and get back on track. You are worth it. What you have in your heart is worth it. Breaking My Addiction

I was recently with a group that got me thinking about all of you and how we get into habits—habits that are so comfortable we don’t even notice them. We get into habitual thinking and habitual energy. Habitual energy is something that spins and spins, and we don’t break free from it very often. We also develop habitual ways of allowing ourselves to get away with less than what we’re truly capable of. &nbsp; Our habits aren’t just mental or learned—they’re energetic. Every time you’re around a group of people who are elevated, striving, and pushing forward, it elevates your energy too. And it can elevate your habits, as long as you implement those shifts right away. &nbsp; But here’s the thing—your existing habits often want to keep you where you are. Maybe you eat a lot of sugar, and it’s easy to eat more but not easy to stop. Or maybe you want to eat better, but you check out mentally or emotionally, and the old habit kicks in—you eat what’s comfortable and familiar. &nbsp; Our habits live in our energy. When you go to a new place or join a mastermind or energy training—like the ones we host a few times a year—it helps dislodge those stuck patterns and lift you to another level. &nbsp; Here at Siobhan Moran Land—or Epic Life Land, whatever you want to call it—we do the “woo woo” and the “moola.” Together, that makes “Woolah.” The Woolah habit is about blending the spiritual and the practical and focusing on one thing—the one thing that will move the needle for many other things. &nbsp; That one habit shift can be more powerful than trying to change everything at once. Because when you try to change it all, you risk falling into trauma, paralysis, or procrastination. &nbsp; So shake things up. Take a trip. Interact with new people. Do things that are a little uncomfortable. Drive in a different direction. Change the habit, change the result. Change the idea, change the energy.
